Moehriug and others, and furnished altogether an eutertaiument of a meat delightful and enjoyable character. The concerted and en-Hi mbU pieces were particularlr well done, especially the "Wanderer's Night Song," of Lenta, and the "(rood Night," of Abt. A prominent feature of the concert wa the choral cantata of Mendelssohn, "Sons of Art," which was spledidlv given, aud, at the enthusiastic and continued call ef the audience, was most admirably repeated. An "Ave Maria," a quintette bv Abt waa also excellently rendered, aa was also Holv Peace," another verv impressive quartette by the same author. The baritone solo in the latter waa finely sung by Mr.

The admirable song for tbe baritone voice, "How fair art thou," was one of the beat achievements of the evening, the gentleman te whore it was intrusted displaying a rich, round, cultivated voice, and most commendable style and self-composure in its rendition. It was verv deservedly mrared. The tenor solo ia tlie "Ave Maria," was also capitally executed. The same may very justly be said nf Gordigiani's fine romanza, and tlie solo, "Slnmher so both of which were given with excellent taste and with good effect With one or two unimportant drawbacks, the entertainment throughout was a very meritorious one-and reflected great credit on Mr.

Taylor and all engaged iu it, and would, we think, admit of a speedy repetition.
