The mystery surrounding the identity of the young woman who, while masquerading in men's clothing, was run down and in- stantlv killed in the Baltimore and Ohio -r yards, near Wheeling, January 8, has been solved. The man who accompanied her who disapueared after the accident and was Charles KUia Yohm, of Perry county. and the two were known as husband and wife. The woman's name was Mary Fleming, and her mother now resides at Carlisle, or South Fairview, Pa.

Three weeks after the woman's death boys found a suit case 'on a hillside east of Ben wood. It contained woman's clothing, letters and photographs. Miss Nettie Yohm, of Newport, a sister of Charles Yohm, identified a photograph of the dead woman as that of her sister-in-law.
