J. I. Smith, of Milton, is a rally meetinc of in a young pressman, as the bearded man who shot him in the Bronx on January S. The shooting occurred within two miles of tha place where Robert Lomas and Arthur Shibley, six-year-old boys, were fatally shot four days later. Dennison is also held as a suspect for these crimes and his identification by Fredericks today is the first definite step toward the solution of the shootings.

Fredericks had been in a hospital until Saturday with bullet wounds in his right shoulder, right arm and left leg. Today he visited a police prison where he picked Dennison out of a line of eighteen men as-4iis assailant. The same calibre bullets that wounded Fredericks killed the two boys, and the police are making further investigations, hoping to connect the prisoner with all three crimes. o.AVaise Agreement Vet A conference today between New York Central Railroad officers, and a committee of trainmen and conductors of the developed the. fact that the employees were not authorized to negotiate at this time, terms for a wage schedule.
