Mr. Brodemus retired mechanic-welder from Wisconsin Steel after 40 years of service.

Member of the Wisconsin Steel Retirees Club, East Side Golden Agers, AARP 3233 Riverdale Chapter and Riverdale Park Group. Mr. Brodemus the artist. A welder and machinist by trade, George became fascinated with kinetic art sculpture at a display in Denmark in 1971. This fascination with balance and motion led George to teach himself the art during lunch and coffee breaks at the local steel mill.

Using available scrap, welding rods, washers and the application of brazing. George eventually developed his own style and designs of "littler as they were dubbed by his co-workers. The little people became part of ferris wheels, teeter-toters, swing-and-sway ballerinas, and tumblers. Visitation Thursday 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday 11 a.m.

She taught at the University of Chicago and from 1946 to 1973 at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

McCall joined the Galvin Manufacturing which became Motorola in 1938 as a radio technician. In the early days of Motorola's Two-Way Radio business, he was involved in the establishment of the Distribution, Parts and Service operation which later became Motorola Communications and Electronics, Inc. Mr. McCall was appointed the first market Vice President of Motorola in 1956 for the Transportation Market. He served in various National Market distribution positions until his retirement in 1975 after 37 years of service with Motorola.
