Pohl, owner of a siring of Giant Orange stands throughout the state of California, and operating under the name of Giant Orange, won an injunction against B. E. Munson and Elmo Wilson in a decree filed by Judge B.

C. Hawkins in the Superior Court of Stanislaus county. All of the parties were restrained from unlawfully competing the Giant Orange and from using the name or business methods, or color, design or shape the Giant Orange stands. Damages were also granted Mr. Pohl against his competitors, who were restrained by the injunction.

Attorney Harold L. Hjelm, of Turlock, represented Mr. Pohl in the Superior Court.
