2 So0AngU04IUnu02 July 31, 1968 Jane Russell, Waterfield End Marriage The 25-year marriage of Jane Russell, 47, and Bob Waterfield, 48, former player and coach for the Rams football team, was dissolved Monday at the end of a 25-minute court hearing. Miss Russell was granted custody of the two oldest children, Thomas, 18, and Tracy (a girl), 17, and Waterfield of the youngest, Robert 12. Each was given visitation rights. Terms of Settlement Under the property agreement, Miss Russell received a $110,000 house at 211 North Star Lane, Newport Beach, and some lots in the San Fernando Valley.

Waterfield got the family home at 14888 Round Valley Drive, Sherman Oaks, valued at $55,000, and Malibu property. Miss Russell, who appeared in court with her attorney, Max Fink, received no alimony. The actress filed suit against her husband on Feb. 3, 1967, accusing Waterfield of neglecting her and coming home only to sleep. Waterfield later filed a cross-complaint but it was withdrawn Tuesday by his lawyer Paul Caruso.

Miss Russell came into court smartly dressed in a red and purple two-piece linen suit, hat and orange leather pumps, carrying an orange purse. She smiled as she left the court with her decree. Casino Fined in Las Vegas CARSON CITY (UPI) The Nevada Gaming Commission Tuesday fined the Pioneer Club in downtown Las Vegas $10,000 on charges it cheated in blackjack. The commission said club owner Mrs. Margaret I.

Elardi could reopen the casino with slot machines only after she pays the fine and the taxes due. The commission revoked the state gaming license of Wendall Tingley, an officer in the corporation and casino manager. The commission found Mrs. Elardi did not know cheating was going on in the casino "pit." Agents of the gaming control board picked up a four -deck of blackjack cards on July 13 and investigation showed 16 cards were missing from the required 208. The missing cards were four 10s, four jacks, four queens and four kings, thus giving the casino a better chance to win.
