Hom-mera of St. Louis, have qualified as receivers for the Fort Smith, Subiaco and Eastern Railway, to which they were appointed by Judge Frank Youmans in the United States District Court yesterday afternoon. They both gave bond in the sum of $5,000.

The court instructed the receivers to issue $5,000 certificates to purchase and repair equipment. The St. Louis Union Trust Company of St. Louis, last week filed suit against the railroad for the appointceut of receivers, alleging the company had defaulted $00,000 interest on its $400.. 000 bonds, for which the trust company is trustee.
