OBITUARIES of natural causes on Friday. She was 88. Mrs. Partridge was born Aug. 4, 1893 in New Bedford, Mass.

to Thomas and Bridget Granfield Rafier. She was predeceased by her husbands. They were brothers, Horace K. Partridge and Charles F. Partridge.

Mrs. Partridge was retired and had been a technician at Lederle Laboratories in Pearl River. She was a member of St. Thomas Church in Cornwall-on-Hudson and of the Third Order of St. Francis; also of the Catholic Daughters of Haverstraw.

She is survived by four daughters, Dr. Frances Connor, of New York City Sybil P. Boland, of Cornwall-on-Hudson, Katherine P. McIntyre, of Rockland Lake and Anne P. Avery, of Haverstraw; also by 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Thomas Church in Cornwall-on-Hudson with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Queens. Calling hours are planned at the James F. Lulves Funeral Home, 9 Avenue Cornwall-onHudson on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Santa Millo, of Valley Cottage Funeral services are planned Monday for Santa Millo who died Thursday of natural causes at Good Samaritan Hospital. She was 90. Born in Italy on Sept. 17, 1891 to Joseph and Maria Fazio LaMotta, she emigrated to the United States when she was 12- Mrs. Millo was years resident of Rockland County for the past 30 years, living in Valley Cottage for 19 years and in West Nyack for 11.

Survivors include three daughters, Venerina Tripani of West Nyack, Mrs. Mary LaMotta of North Merrick, and Mrs. Mafalda Aiello of West Nyack; one sister, Mrs. Mary Tringali of Queens; five grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. Her husband Frank died on May 9, 1971.

A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. at St. Anthony's Shrine Church, Nanuet, with burial to follow at the Calvary Cemetery, Queens. Calling hours are scheduled at the Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main Street, New City, today and Sunday from 2 and 5 and 7 and 10 p.m. Susan Hardiman, Rocklanders' mother Susan B.

Hardiman, 73, of 328 South Buckhout Irvington, N.Y. died of natural causes in Nyack Hospital Friday. Born Aug, 1 1, 1908, in County Cavan, Ireland, to Thomas and Bridget Brady, Mrs. Hardiman lived in Tarrytown, N.Y. from 1927 until moving to Irvington three years ago.

Mrs. Hardiman was a parishioner of the Church of the Transfiguration in Tarrytown. Survivors include her husband, John Hardiman; a son, John A. Hardiman of Tarrytown; two daughters, Marion Ferguson and Kathleen Garvey, both of New City; two brothers, John Brady of Bedford Hills, N.Y. and Edward Brady of Ireland; two sisters, Bridget Cullen and Mary Halton, both of Ireland; and ten grandchildren.

Funeral services are to be held Monday 10 a.m. at the Church of the Transfiguration at 268 N. Broadway, Tarrytown. Burial is scheduled at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Valhalla, N.Y. Calling hours at the Dwyer Funeral Home, at 90 N.

V. 10956 914-634-9663 NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR A RATE INCREASE BY BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF GREATER NEW YORK The New York State Insurance Department will hold a public hearing on April 19, 1982 on an application for a proposed rate increase filed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Greater New York for certain community-rated contracts. The hearing will be held in Room A on the 26th floor, at 2 World Trade Center, New York City, beginning at 10:00 A.M.

The application requests rate increases effective July 1, 1982 for community-rated hospital, surgical-medical, major medical, medicare supplemental coverage and dental contracts. Experience-rated contracts are not affected. A weighted average 16.0% increase is being sought for hospital coverage. For surgical-medical coverage the application seeks an average 12.3% increase. Approval is also requested to increase rates by an average 19.5% for package programs, which contain major medical protection as an addition to or a replacement for surgical-1 cal coverage.

The application includes a request to increase rates by an average 15.0% for the dental contracts, and by an average 17.0% for supplemental coverage to both parts A and of Medicare. (The Medicare Plus contract is not affected.) The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Greater New York operating area includes the following counties: Bronx, Columbia, Delaware, Dutchess, Greene, Kings, Nassau, New York, Orange, Putnam, Queens, Richmond, Rockland, Suffolk, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester. Paul's Lutheran Church, Main and Colyer Streets, New City, will hold Holy Eucharist services and distribution of palms at 9 and 11 a.m. Palm Sunday. St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Pearl River will hold the Liturgy of the Palms at the 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. services Sunday.

Before the 10:30 a.m. service, the congregation will assemble in the Parish Hall for a triumphal procession into the church. On Monday and Tuesday, the Holy Eucharist will be celebrated in the Chapel at 6:30 a.m. followed by coffee, rolls and discussion. On Wednesday from 9:30 a.m.

to noon, a special Lenten program for children will held. At 7:30 p.m., Holy Eucharist will be celebrated in the Chapel. A special service of palms will be held Sunday at 10:30 a.m. at the Ramapo Presbyterian Church, 42 4th Hillburn. Following the 11 a.m.

Palm Sunday service at New Hempstead Presbyterian Church, a covered dish luncheon will be held in the Murchison Hall. St. John's In The Wilderness will hold its annual Palm Sunday Hikers' Service at 3 p.m. The service will be Choral Evensong with guest preacher Father Anthony Macombe, sometimes assistant at St. John's, New City.

Music will be by the combined choirs of Trinity Episcopal Church of Garnerville and St. John's. A reception in Father Macombe's honor and for other special guests will be held in the "Old Barn" following the service. Trinity Episcopal Church, Chapel Street, Garnerville, will distribute palms at both the 8 and 10:15 a.m. services on Sunday.

A special Palm Sunday musical will be held at the New City Gospel Fellowship, 384 New Hempstead Road, at 7 p.m. Isidor Levere, of Spring Valley Isidor Levere, '93, of Spring Valley died Monday of natural causes at the Jewish Hospital in Jersey City, N.J. Mr. Levere was born in New York City and lived in Spring Valley for approximately the past 12 years. He was retired from the manufacturing business in New York City.

A Mason, Mr. Levere was a member of the Menoral Lodge i in Jersey City. His wife, Freda, died two years ago. He is survived by one son, Bernard, of Teaneck, N.J.; a daughter, Helene Liebowitz, of Spring Valley and I by four grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Gutterman and Musicant Funeral Home in Hackensack, N.J.

and burial was at the Beth David Cemetery in Elmont, L.I. A period of mourning is being observed at the homes of his son and daughter for one week.
