Peninsula Shorts Oil Tracing Gear Awaited By Elkton ELKTON, -Floods in Pennsylvania have delayed delivery of testing equipment which officials here hope will solve the source of oil seepage into the basement of some Main Street stores. Robert R. Reed, town administrator, said the testing apparatus had been due today. It is being obtained from the Maryland Petroleum Association. Michael D.

McDonald, executive director of the association, said the device is called a validator and is capable of measuring minute temperature changes in oil storage tanks to indicate fuel losses. Stanley building at 123 W. Main St.

THE next flight from New York to Iceland 1s tonight.

But Fischer in the past has refused to fly on the Jewish Sabbath, between sundown Friday and sundown Saturday. Informed sources in Reykjavik said hat Fischer informed the Icelandic Chess Federation that he wouldn't play unless he got 30 per cent of the gate receipts. This would be in addition to his share of the $125,000 purse and 30 per cent of the receipts from the sales of television and film rights already agreed to. 2 New U.S. Attorney Aides Sworn Two new assistant U.S.
