perfectly harmless medicine. The certificate ot tin celebrated chemist, J. R. Chilton.of totliu elVect, is attached to every bottle; therefore if It does HP good it can do no harm. This is more than c.in be said of Quinine, Arsenic, or anv tonic in existence, as their use is ruinous to the constitution and brings on Dumb Ague, which never allows a person to feel perfectly well for a single moment.

In illustration these truths I annex some extracts from a letter just received from a Physiciani Georgetown, Ohio, March li, James A. Rhodes, Sir: Yours of 2d inst is at hand. The Cure arrived late last year, and the dilliculty in getting any one to try it was greatly increased from the fact that a remedy had been introduced which was growing in favor with the public, as being better than using knowing, I presume, that the remedy they used to escape taking Quinine, contained the drug itself! This remedy (known as Smith's would in- variahlv break- an ague, hut it did not cure it, asit. would often return with renewed vigor. This one cir cmnstancel deemed in your favor, if I could institute a comparison between it and your cure.

The following is the result: Three persons took your Cure," all of which were cases of Quotidian Intermittent Fever," of many weeks' standing. They had tried Quinine, and other remedies, occasion ally missing a chill, but it was (as in all such cases,) slowly wearing them out, and laying the foundation of other and severer maladies. I did succeed in effecting a radical cure of these cases ivith your remedy, and they have not had a chill since. In all tl-ese cases the "Smith's Tonic" had been used, and would, as before stated, break the chill, but after a I period or two had elapsed it would return. 1 think there will be no dilliculty now in giving to vour "Cure" the vantage ground of any other remedy now in here, WILLIAM BUCKNKR, M.

D'. Rhodes' Fever and Ague Cure, or Antidote to Malaria, the only harmless remedy in existence, is equally I certain as a Cure." Take it when you feel the chills coming on, and you will never have a vingle one. JAS. A. RHODES, Proprietor, Providence, R.

State and Washington streets, Chicago OKOFESSOR mOT'JT'S FE1511IFUGI5 1 WINK, (in Qmirt Nerer JCvoicn to Fail. greatest Medicine ever discovered for the of Fever and Ague, Chill Fever, Dumb Ague, and all Bilious Diseases. This valuable medicine has now been before the public for several years, and there can be no better evidence of its efficacy than its extensive sale and constantly increasing reputation, and this is nwing to its having performed some of the most wonderful and astonishing cures that hare ever been known.

Being purely vegetable, free from all foreign deleUTious or mineral compounds, Febrifuge Wine may be taken with the utmost safety under almost any circumstances. It strengthens the stomach, invigorates the system, and entirely prevents the languor and prostration of strength, which always attends Fever Ague and all Bilious Diseases. It not only breaks the chills and checks the fever, but removes the disease of the Liver and other organs, on which the chill and fever depend. The thousands who have used the Febrifuge need no further evidence of its virtue than its happy restorative ellect. It is truly a wonderful med- I and operates on the system like a charm.

The first or second dose of Febrifuge Wine breaks the chills, and if continued according to the directions, it removes the disease permanently from the system, and leaves the body in a healthy e.Miidilinn. Those persons who are alluded with Fever and Ajjue or any form of Bilious Diseases, are recommended to give this valuable medicine a fair trial, which is all that is necessary to insure success, and convince all of its superiority over every other ever olfered to the public. Certificates of the highest respectability might be presented to substantiate all that is claimed in it.s bellalf but it will be left to introduce stand or fall upon its own merits. Caution to the Public. sure that the name of the proprietor, JOHN WINER, is in his own handwriting, on the Promissory Note which is attached to the bottom of eacW'ngraved label on the bottles.
