Mr8, White are announcing- their marriage which took place several montha ago but which has been kept a secret. from friends. Mrs. White was before her marriage Miss Cuba DeLonay, daughter of Mr. and Mrs.

Frank DeLonay of 213 McClure Place. White is the son of Mrs. Hannah Gaftney of 1013 Liberty Street. He served overseas with the Fourth D1- vision and was also with the Army of Occupation in Germany. The couple have the best wishes of their: many friends.

Party Enjoyed By Large Crowd The card party given at the rooms in the Spalding Bullding Monday night by the Sewing of Catholic. Orphanage was one the most largely attended parties of Its kind this winter. The prooseds will go towards a fund with which to buy an additional sewing machine at the home. He is an employee of the Cartridge Company. Mrs. D. Kelly Surprised A large number of friends ourprised Mre. Kelly at her home on Logan Street Monday night in honor of her birthday.

Presbyterian Church, The meeting will open with Fellowship Supper at Six O'clock. The supper is being given in order that Endeavorers might enjoy get-together. Roy Stalp and Mr. and Mrs. Theo. Perrine of Carlinville. Sorority Members Hear Reports on Convention, The Beta Gamma Upsilon Sorority enjoyed a meeting at the home of Misa Helen Corbett on Prospect stroet Monday night.

The meeting was called for the purpose of hearing reports on the national convention held at the Drake in Chicago A short time agO. Reports on the various features of the convontion were given by Miss Katherine Pates, Miss Ione Warner and Mias Helen Corbott. Following the business session Miss Corbett served refreshments. A week from Saturday the Sorority will meet with Miss Dorothy Horton and Miss Helen Berry at their home on Washington avenue. and Mrs.

Andrew Wuellner Return Home Mr. and Mra. Andrew Wuellner returned home last evening from their honeymoon trip. The young couple were married on Monday, Feb. 20th, at Alton, Iowa.

Mra. Wuellner WAS before her marrlage Miss Emma Lieb of Alton, Iowa. They spent their honeymoon traveling through Iowa and other northern points. Mr. and Mrs.

Wuelluer are guests for the present of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Wuellner on Sixteenth Street. but expect to take possession of their own home on Royal Street within the next week or two. Last evening a family reunion was enjoyed at the home of Mr.
