Relatives here huvo heard from Oeorgo Springman, "the lumber Vlng" who left several days ago for his sawmills and lumber forests in eastern Texas. He is all right, and has a large force of men engaged in moving the big saw mill to another and better location, some distance away. The rock that formerly constituted; the foundation of Martha Wood Cottage at Shurtleff College before the building burned, will be used in the basement work at the College Avenue Baptist Church. Building stone will be needed in the new basement at once with which to build piers and supports for the building.
