Hart of Sharon, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rogers Cartwright, of Hewlett, L.I. Mr. Menaker was graduated from Dartmouth College in 1960 where he was a member of Dragon Society.

He is also a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School and is with the New- York law firm of Davis, Polk, Ward-well, Sunderland Kiendl. A May wedding is planned.
