Directors of the Chicago and Western Indiana Railroad Company met yesterday and authorized a new bond issue of $50,000,000. The outstanding bonds are to be refunded as they become due. It was further determined that the bonds Bhall bear 3 or Per cent interest have fifty years to run and be retired by the operation of a sinking fund.
