A funeral service is to be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Christ Episcopal Church on Washington Avenue in Sloatsburg, with burial to follow in Airmont Cemetery in Suffern. Calling hours are to be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., Thursday, at the Wanamaker and Carlough Funeral Home on Eagle Valley Road in Sloatsburg. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sloatsburg Ambulance Corps. Edmund Znamirowski LeMoullec A funeral service was planned today for Edmund Znamirowski LeMoullec, the one-day-old infant of a Spring Valley couple.

He was born last Wednesday at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City and died there of respiratory failure the following day. He is survived by his father and mother, Robert and Eti LeMoullec, of 105 Old Nyack Turnpike; a sister, Aimee and two brothers, Bobby and Erik, all of home; his maternal grandparents, Teddy and Rita Znamirowski, of Spring Valley; his paternal grandparents, Guillaume and Elaine LeMoullec of Queens, and by his maternal great-grandparents, Abraham and Pola Biber, of Spring Valley. A graveside service today at the Beth El Cemetery in Oradell, N.J. was to be private. Arrangements were under the" direction of Hel- 2 lman Memorial Chapel in C3l Spring Valley.

Louie C. Hardy of Franklin Lakes, N.J., an avid square dancer and the former owner of a Hillburn appliance service, died Feb. 24 in Valley Hospital at the age of 80. Mr. Hardy was born in Newark, N.J.

on June 28, 1903 and lived in Franklin Lakes for 37 years. For more than 30 years, Mr. Hardy operated the L.C. Hardy Appliance Service in Hillburn. Although he closed the store in 1972, Mr.

Hardy continued to operate the business from his home until his death. Mr. Hardy was an avid square dancer for more than 40 years and was a member of the Hitaw Square Dance Club in New Milford, N.J. He received the Hanley Clapp Award for his contribution to square dancing from the Ramapo Squares. He was the treasurer of Boy Scout Troop 34 in Franklin Lakes for 30 years and was a member of the Amateur Radio Relay League for 62 years.

Survivors include his wife, Helen a son, Charles D. Hardy of Stone Ridge, N.Y.; a daughter, Frederica Dellus of Denville, N.J.; and three grandchildren. A memorial service at the Franklin Lakes Methodist Church is to be held at a date to be determined later. Memorial contributions to the Franklin Lakes Methodist Church and the Heart Fund can be made in his name. Gilbert Y.

McNair Gilbert Y. McNair of Sloatsburg died Monday at Tuxedo Memorial Hospital in Orange County at the age of 79. Mr. McNair was born in Garfield, N.J., on Feb. 2, 1905 to William and Edith (Young) McNair.

He was a Sloatsburg resident for 62 years and lived at 16 Harriman Ave. In 1970, Mr. McNair retired from his post as an assistant office manager with the Abex Corporation in Mahwah N.J. after 20 years. He was the president of the Sloatsburg Senior Citizens and past treasurer of the American Bicentennial Committee in Sloatsburg.

He was a member of the Ramapo Valley Rotary Club, the Sloatsburg Historical Society and the Christ Episcopal Church in Suffern. Survivors include his wife, Frances (Conklin); a daughter, Patricia Clark of Glastonbury, a son, Gilbert, Jr. of Alhambra, and two grandchil United States in 1924. He lived in Normandy Village in Nanuet. Mr.

Dobbyn, a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II, was a retired salesman for Essex International, a blanket manufacturing firm in Long Island. He retired in 1982. He was a member of the Chicago Heights Masonic Lodge No. 851 of Free Accepted Masons.

Before moving to Nanuet, Mr. Dobbyn lived in Patchogue, L.I. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Meehan) Dobbyn; a son, Bruce of San Francisco; a brother, Geoffrey of Braintree, and five sisters, Dorothy Cimilluca of Nanuet, Kathleen Ruysdael of Los Angeles, Mary Seems of Ventura, Margaret Everett of Harwich Port, and Josephine Lorenz of Orleans, Mass. A Masonic service is to be held at Higgins Funeral Home, 24 S. Middletbwn Road in Nanuet Thursday at 8 p.m.

A religious service is set for 10 a.m. Friday, with burial to follow in Frederick Loescher Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Monsey. Calling hours at the funeral home are set for 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday. Mary Anna Wiebicke Mary Anna Wiebicke, a ceramics teacher and wife of the former chief of Clarkstown's police department, died Friday at her home in Saratoga, N.Y.

She was 66. Mrs. Wiebicke was the operator of Whistle Wind Studio in New City, where she taught classes in ceramics, and produced and sold ceramic products. She was born in Baltimore, on Sept. 17, 1917 to Marie and Clayton Sandruck.

Mrs. Wiebeck lived in New City for about 40years and operated the Whistle Wind Studio for the last 16. Her husband, Ernest F. Weibicke, was the Clarkstown police chief for more than 20 years until his retirement in 1972. Six years ago, the couple moved to Saratoga.

She was a member of the Bardonia Parents-Teachers Association. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wiebicke's survivors include four sons, Ernest Hugo and Gary, all of Saratoga, and Randy of New City; two daughters, Susan Dalzell and Lisa Franco, both of New City; and 10 grandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial was held Sunday at St. Joseph's Church in Greenfield Center, N.Y.

William T. Champeau William T. Champeau of Stony Point, a retired heavy equipment operator, died Monday in Nyack Hospital at the age of 81. Mr. Champeau was born in Suffern on Dec.

1, 1902 to Robert and Laura (Fox) Champeau, and was reared and educated in Stony Point. A resident of Bulsontown Road, he retired from his job as a heavy equipment operator with the Rockland County Highway Department in 1966. Survivors include his wife, Adelia (Jones); three daughters, Jenne Zippilli of Stony Point, and Shirley Pacella and Karen Furman of Cornwall-on-Hudson; a brother, Theodore of Vailsgate, N.Y.; two sisters, WEAR OUR BEST () I) Albert Richard Albert Richard, a Rockland native and former president of the New York State Auto Dealer Association, died Sunday in Naples, Fla. He was 84. Mr.

Richard was born on July 11, 1899 in France to Louis and Jeanne (Peron) Richard. He moved to West Nyack as a small child and lived in the area until 1928. He lived in Poughkeepsie from 1935 to 1983 and later moved to Florida, which had been his winter residence since 1966. Mr. Richard was a former owner and president of the Mid-Hudson Chevrolet Dealership in Poughkeepsie.

He was the former president and life director of the New York State Auto Dealer Association, director of the Dutchess Bank and Trust and a trustee of the Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepsie. Mr. Richard also was a member of the the Poughkeepsie Rotary Club, the Dutchess Golf and Country Club and the Amrita Club. He was a communicant of St. Anthony's Shrine Church in Nanuet.

Mr. Richard was a retired lieutenant-colonel in the United States Army and had served in World War II. He is survived by his wife, Edmee Picoulet Richard of Florida; a daughter, Aline Friedrichs of Wolf-boro, N.H.; four grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St.

Anthony's Shrine Church in Nanuet and burial will follow in St. Anthony's Cemetery. Donations in his name may be made to the Vassar Brothers Hospital in Poughkeepise. Sister Maura Brady Sister Maura Brady O.P. of Dominican Convent in Sparkill, a native of Ireland who taught elementary school for 44 years, died Monday at the convent.

She was 86. Sister Brady was born in County Cavan, Ireland on Jan. 23, 1898 to John and Mary (Flynn) Brady. She entered the Dominican Congregation of Our Lady of the Rosary in 1926 and was professed in 1928. She began teaching that year.

Her career included teaching at St. Ambrose School in New York City, 1928 to 1935; St. Rita's School in the Bronx, 1935 to 1940; St. Brendan's School in the Bronx, 1940 to 1947; St. Catherine of Siena School in New York City, 1947 to 1952; St.

Teresa's School in Woodside, N.Y., 1952 to 1953; and St. Rose of Lima in New York City, 1964 to 1972. Sister Brady also was engaged in child-care work in St. Rose's Settlement in New York City from 1953 to 1958 and at St. Ignatius Nursery from 1958 to 1964.

She retired to the convent in 1972, where she lived until her death. She is survived by a sister, Julia McAuliffe of Sparkill. A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Dominican Convent Chapel in Sparkill and burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery in Sparkill.

Calling hours at the convent are set for today. Margaret E. Wanamaker Margaret (Peggy) E. Wanamaker, of 18 Amundsen Lane, New City, died Monday at Nyack Hospital at the age of 53. She was born in New York City on Jan.

17, 1931. A lifelong resident of Rockland, Mrs. Wanamaker had lived in New City for 30 years. Survivors include her husband, William H. two sons, William A.

of Bloomingdale, N.J., and Joseph M. of the home address; two daughters, Cindy Marie of the home address, and Robin A. Woltjen of Nanuet; her mother, Francis Easterbrook of Stony Point; a brother, Peter Easterbrook of Stony Point; and one K2 (S It crash near TZ A two-car accident on the southbound lanes of the New York State Thruway tied up traffic approaching the Tappan Zee Bridge during the morning rush-hour. The accident, which occurred near the bridge at about 7:55 p.m., blocked the left lane and brought ambulances and tow trucks to the scene. State police in Tarry-town estimated that it would take about an hour to clear and, in the meantime, would snarl West-chester-bound traffic.
