Fred Gwynne gives an outstanding performance as the hero-victim of the piece, a police sergeant who is forced by his excessive loyalty to the regime, to become its major scapegoat.

The whole cast of this exercise in dialatical (Murray Hamilton as the police chief, John McGiver as the General and Bob Dishy as the last revolutionary) Is fine. 11:30 Movie "Room Service." One of the best for fans of the Brothers Marx. Groucho as a penniless theatrical producer trying for a fast buck and getting fast laughs is incredible to watch.
