Miss Lloyd was killed by what police called a stray bullet. Alvin B. Roberson Rites Tomorrow William F. Shilling William' F. Shilling, 77, of 1415 N. Jackson died this morning in The Memorial Hospital after a long illness.

Mr. Shilling retired as a foreman in 1960 from the Malleable Iron Co. after 57 years' servlice. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Eleanor Dietrich Shilling; two sons, George and William Shilling, both of five grandchildren; sister, Mrs.

Elizabeth Collins, Carrcroft, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at the ChandFuneral Home, 1011 Jefferson Wednesday at 3 p.m. Interment will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow evening. William H.

John William Sebulski Services for John William Sebulski, 26, formerly of Wilwere held in Wilkesmington, Barre, Saturday with interment in St. Mary's parish cemetery in Wyoming, Pa. Mr. Sebulski died of carbon monoxide poisoning Oct. 25 in Kalamazoo, Mich.

A steelworker and steeplejack, he lived here from 1956 to 1958. His former wife, Marie E. Sebulski, lives at 1500 Gilpin Ave. He is survived also by his mother, Mrs. Eleanor Rodgers, New York City; his father, John R.

Sebulski, Dover; a brother, Raymond, New York City, and a son, John, Wilmington. Mrs. John M. O'Leary Solemn requiem mass for Mrs. Mary A.

Edna Applegate Kohler, 67, of Main Alloway, were to be held at the Garrison Funeral Home, Salem, today. Interment was to be in the Alloway Baptist Cemetery. Mrs. Kohler died Thursday at the home of a sister, Mrs. Reba Peterson in Glassboro, N.J., where she had been visiting.

Mrs. Sautter was president of the Penns Grove Woman's Club. Before her marriage she was a school teacher. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. E.

Mrs. Gordy, who lived at 125 W. 18th had lived in the Wilmington area most of her life. She was a native of Caroline County, and: a memer of McCabe Memorial Methodist Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs.

6 Pupils to Run Newark Picked Seven seniors from Newark Senior High School will run Newark for one hour on Nov. 13. Six of the teen-age city officials were selected in a mock election today at the high school with the seventh to be decided in a run-off election tomorrow. James Houston was elected mayor; Judy Plottz, councilwoman for the first district; Kai Schaumann, councilwoman for 2nd district; Joe Kelder, 3rd district; Jerry Wolf, 4th district, and Deena Calvert, 5th district. Sami Bandak and Jane Mandt tied to represent the 6th district.

The program is sponsored by the city, the Newark School District and the Newark Rotary Club. Leprosy Fund Nearing Goal The Wilmington Auxiliary of the American Leprosy Missions is within $700 of its goal for the Willard G. Purdy Fund. The Rev. Gerald A.

Foster, of Union Methodist Church, announced that contributions over the weekend have raised the total received to $5,000. Foster is president of the Wilmington Auxiliary which sponsored the memorial in Karigiri, South India. Many groups and individuals have contributed to the project. Money Changer Stolen From Bus A sneak thief stole a money changer containing $47 from a parked Delaware Coach bus this morning. William Crather of Elsmere, operator, told police he stopped his bus briefly at Delaware Avenue and Du Pont Street near the firm's office and garage at about 8:30 a.m.

He left for only a moment and returned to find the money changer missing. He furnishpolice with information on a suspect. Civic Group Elects Richard C. Byrne, 2204 Coventry Drive, has been elected president of the Holiday Hills Civic Association.
