Quite a number of our citizens attended Children's Day exercises St. Paul's Reformed church, at Hamlln, on Sunday evening. A neat sum was realized at the firemen's carnival, held on Saturday evening. People were present from a distance as well as from nearby points. The committee has decided to have the carnival on the evening of the Fourth of July.

Music will be furnished by the Fred- erlcksburg band of 40 pieces. Paul Klein and daughter, Lucile, called on his parents. I. M. Frantz and family made a business trip to Lebanon.
