Andrews, who came gerin the Briunnia, has made a rapid tour from Malta lo Boston. He left that Island on ihe evening of the 15th of June, and since lhal period has visited Leghorn. Ci'ita Vecchia. The Sub-Treasury Act is now in operation in the City of New York, and all dues to the government are required to be paid one- fourth in specie. The Burning coal mine, which we have frequently noticed, and which took fire about eighteen months since, continues burning with renewed force.
