Delbert Ellis of Seaford was awarded his commission as a second lieutenant in the U. S. Signal Corps at graduation exercises at Fort Monmouth, N. last week. Lieutenant Ellis, a former technical sergeant of the 261st Coast Artillery, has been connected with military work for a number of years, first in the Delaware National Guard and later with the same unit in federal work.
