Vaughn Jones, 44 years old, and his niece, Miss Marian J. Horn, 17 years old, of Clayton, both of whom died in an automobile accident Sunday morning on the DuPont Boulevard near Blackbird, will be heid tomorrow afternoon from the Furies Funeral Home, Smyrna, at 2 o'clock. Interment will be In Odd Fellows' cemetery. Mr. Jones died shortly after the accident.

Miss Horn died early Monday morning in Kent General Hospital, Dover. Two other persons In the car, Mrs. Marian Jones, 42 years old, wife of Jones, and Mrs. Mary Mandes, 31 years old, wife of the driver, were injured. J. Weldon Hoot of the University of Pennsylvania told 100 persons last night In the Y. M. C. A.

at the third of a scries of public forums. He saw a trend already to one phase of fascism invasion of the private ownership of property. This century, he said, will see a struggle between the philosophies of fascism and communism. He termed them similar in many respects, "except that Russia claims to operate the economic system for the benefit of the workers." Dr. Hoot declared it is yet to be seen whether either communism or fascism will become world-wide movements like the Renaissance, Reformation, and industrial revolution.

Earl E. Edinser, president of the University of Pennsylvania Alumni in Delaware, was Dr. William N. Loucks of the university will address the final forum next Tuesday night on "What Would the Consumers' Cooperative Movement Do to Capitalism?" In recognition ot "devotion to duty" shown by perfect attendance during the past year, and previous years, bronze and silver medals and bars are being presented to 234 members of the Delaware Nat ion aJ Guard.
