Marv Meyers i i i II Brown McGovern. a former resident of this city and Newark. Mrs. Mc-i Govern, who had been ill for some time, died at the home of her son, Francis Brown, 3135 Oakford Avenue. Baltimore.

With her first husband, the late Daniel Brown, she was propretor of the Deer Park Hotel in Newark for a number of years. She is survived by her son and three grandchildren. 18-Vrar-OIfU Warned To for Draft! Official? at Staff Selective Service headquarters today reiterated a re-rprtf warning that boys reaching 18 ypars of ace must register with their local draft boards. No special registration davs ar f-pf aside: each youth has the obligation of registering when he reaches riraft age and failure to do so ran result in fines of $10,000 and five jears imprisonment. Informed that chairmen of several Philadelphia draft boards had reported hundreds of youths in that area have failed to register and that they are checking their ages with records. State officials said that no necessity for such action is apparent in Delaware as yet. They said they believed thp number of violators in the state is very small.
