Lillian just won the Nicaraguan equivalent of an Oscarthe Monje de Oro for her radio show Spring Fever: This has to be the funniest tie-in with an art museum! Understand an anonymous friend has entered a frog in the annual Calaveras County Jumping Frog Contest (coming up in May) and named it after the director of the Pasadena Art Museum.

His name? Walter Hopps! And while we're on the subject of the Pasadena Art Museum, I might mention that Art Nouveau fans should drop by and see the current show of the glass work of Louis C. Tiffany. There's lots going on there these days with the big Art Auction coming up April 19. While Peggy (Mrs. Mason) Phelps was on an African safari, Carolyn (Mrs.

Robert Rowan has been flying back and forth between coasts completing plans. Phoebe (Mrs. Alvia) Brockway is so excited about the League for Crippled Children's September safari to Africa she can talk of nothing else.
