Talley is survived by her husband, Walter W. two sons, Walter W. Jr. of Wilmington and Gary Deppish of Newark; a daughter, Elaine I. Grier of Newark; a stepson, Francis of Norristown, a brother, Charles Perkins of Pompano Beach, a sister, Thelma Kessler of New Castle; and seven grandchildren.

Bolton Knatz, 83, of 2503 Pennington Drive, Brandywood, died at his home Sunday of a heart attack. Mr. Knatz was in charge of commerical development for Concord Plaza Associates for the past five years and prior to that was treasurer for Magness Construction Co. for 24 years. In 1969, Mr.

Knatz brought suit against Magness Construction, Midway Shopping Center, and principal stockholders A. Gray Magness and Donald L. 13 south of Wilmington, Del. Mrs. Klauck retired in 1980 as a therapist in the children's division of the Delaware Curative Workshop after 10 years. She was also a local artist. Her husband Frederick died 16 years ago.

Evelyn R. Geib Becker MONETA, Va. Evelyn R. Geib Becker, 63, of Moneta, formerly of Canterbury Hills, died of cancer Friday in Roanoke Memorial Hospital, Roanoke. During the years 1968 to 1981, when the Becker family lived in Wilmington, Mrs.

Becker was a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She is survived by her husband. Wilbur three sons, Gary W. of Charleston, S.C., Bruce A. of Syracuse, N.Y., and Dale K.

Axselle was the owner of the AAA-1 Home Fuel Wilmington. His wife, Betty died in 1977. is survived by a son, Jerry at home; a daughter, Mary Elizabeth Witt of Key West, and two grandchildren. Hutchison Sr. William Francis Hutchison 81, of 4304 Miller Road, Wilmington, died Saturday of congestive heart failure while visiting at the home of his daughter, Elizabeth Anne Hartnett of Dover. Mr.

Hutchison retired in 1966 as maintenance superintendent of the Philadelphia Electric Company gas plant in Chester, after 36 years. He was a member of the Wilmington Senior Center. In addition to his daughter, he is survived by his wife, the former Mary Sauer, to whom Mr. Hutchison had been married 57 years; two sons, William F. Jr.

of Wilmington, and Robert J. of Brighton, another daughter, Marie Therese Torkelson of Seaford; a brother, Otis and a sister, Ada R. Broadway, both of Wilmington; 19 grandchildren and two great-granchildren. Duzynski Wilson, 67, of Main Towers, Newark, died Friday of a heart attack in St. Francis Hospital. Mrs. Wilson retired in 1980 from the housekeeping department of the Wilmington Medical Center, Memorial Division, where she worked for 10 years. Her husband died many years ago.

She is survived by two brothers, John Durzynskiof Wilmington and Edward C. Duzynski of Ashley Heights; and a sister, Josephine R. Britton of Bellemoor. Mr. Fletcher was a steel fabricator Adco Metals Minquadale, for eight years. He was an Army staff sergeant in the 84th Infantry Division in World War II and was awarded the Silver Star for valor. He is survived by his wife, Peggy a daughter, Sandra E. Bowden of Manor Park; two sisters, Elizabeth Parry of Phillipsburg, N.J., and Eleanor Cunningham of Wenonah, N.J.: four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Wertz 53, of Claymont died Saturday of liver complicationsin Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Upland, after a monthlong illness. Mr. Wertz was president and coowner of Wertz Motor Coaches Marcus Hook, from his father's death in 1975 until his retirement in 1981. Born in Chester, he resided in Delaware County until 1967, when he moved to Claymont. He served in the Army Air Force during the Korean War.

He was a member of American Legion Post 926, Greenridge, and the Ukrainian Catholic Club, the West End Boat Club and the St. Hedwig's Club, all in Chester. He is survived by his wife, the former Doris Cannon; three sons, James and Russell, both at home, and Dennis of Wilmington; a daughter, Kathy Slevin of Chester; three brothers, John of California, Robert Marcus Hook, and Richard of Claymont; two sisters, Ann Shell of Marlton, N.J., and Frances McLean of Australia; and two grandchildren. Services will be Wednesday morning at 10 at the Robert T. Moreland Son Funeral Home, Ninth and Main streets, Trainer, where friends may call Tuesday night.

Mr. Nattia was an upholsterer for the Pennsylvania Railroad for 37 years, retiring in 1961. He is survived by his wife, Lena; two sons, Michael of Heritage Park and Samuel of Middleboro Manor; three daughters, Rose Marshallton, Rita Papili Percolena.and Heights and Tina Begatto of Swanwyck Estates; two sisters, Mary Winters and Christine Larzelere, both of Pennsauken, N.J.; 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Martin J. Baumann, 58, of 26 Klien died' Saturday at this home of an apparent heart attack. Mr. Baumann was a sales representative for the Harry C. Partridge Son Co.

of West Nyack for 12 years. He served in the Army during World II. He is survived by his wife, the former Dolores Talarowski of Wilmington; two sons, Peter of West Nyack, and Mark, at home; three daughters, Kathleen Ringwood of West Nyack, Laura and Dolores, both at home; and three grandchildren. Nyack. The family requests that flowers be omitted. Harry 'Boom Boom' Felsburg, known for his wit, dead at 67 By DEAIRICH HUNTER Staff reporter Harry H. "Boom Boom" Felsburg, 67, of 2114 N. Market died Saturday of an apparent heart attack in St.

Francis Hospital. Mr. Felsburg, who retired in 1975 after 19 years as a private chauffeur, was a staple subject of News Journal columnist Al Cartwright, who wrote often of Mr. Felsburg's wit and his love of horse-racing. Cartwright described him as a taxi driver and a "A lugger," Cartwright wrote of Mr.

Felsburg in October, "is a fellow who takes people to the track for a fee and he has been doing this for decades. In fact, it is his career; that and playing the horses himself." Other words from Mr. Felsburg via Cartwright: "When I was a kid I saw a old guy trying to beat the horses at Harve de Grace. He needed a shave, had little cigar stump holes in his elbows, beat up heels. I said to myself, 'I'll never get that way.

Well the other day I walked past a full-length mirror at Bowie and I saw the old guy again. It was "One time I clocked a guy at Delaware Park who was using a Charlotte H. Milbourn Charlotte H. Milbourn, 90, of Foulk Manor North, died Saturday in the General Division, where she had been hospitalized for the past four weeks. Mrs.

Milbourn was a member, and past treasurer, of the women's organization of the Cedars United Methodist Church. Her husband Charles W. died in 1977. She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy E. Gotwals of Wilmington; two grandchildren, and six greatgrandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday afternoon at 2 at the Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Sharpley, where friends may call at 1. Burial will be in St. James's Episcopal Church Cemetery, Stanton. Bruno Nesci Bruno Nesci, 62, of 128 East Holloway Terrace died Saturday of heart failure in the Delaware Division. Mr.

Nesci was an asbestos worker for the Pipefitters Union Local 42 for 23 years, retiring in 1976. He was a member of the American Legion, Wilmington Manor. He is survived by two brothers, Joseph of Holloway Terrace and Frank of Galewood. Roderick was a laborer and mechanic. He is survived by a son, Charles. his mother, Sarah E. of Minquadale; two brothers, John J. of New Castle and Joseph A.

Broom formerly of Ingleside Retirement Apartments, died Sunday of cancer at the home. She was formerly of Pensacola, Fla. Mrs. Maus's first husband, Allan Brown, died in World War I. Her second husband, Frank died in 1978.

She is survived by a son, Allan Brown of Royal Oak, a daughter, Mary M. Baker of Wilmington; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be private. Jeffrey A. Watt Jeffery A. Watt, 6, of 454 Forest Drive, Forest Brook Glen, died Sunday in the Delaware Division of spina bifida. He is 'survived by his parents, and Lynne Watt; a brother, Gary at home, his maternal grandparents, Henry Gary of Forest Brook Glen and Nita Gary of Lewes. Services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 at the Peniel United Methodist Church, Newport.

Evans retired in 1976 after 15 years as food broker with the Gillespie brokerage 1 firm of Baltimore, of which he had been co-owner under the name of Shaeffer-Evans. He was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church, Rehoboth Beach, and the Rehoboth Beach Art League. He is survived by his wife, Mary Selma; a son, Stephen Gardner Evans of Atlanta, a daughter, Carolynn B. Wildason of Springfield, two stepsons, Charles E. Beach of Lutherville, and Thomas E.

Beach of Ocracoke, N.C.; a stepdaughter, Sandra B. Newberg of Madison, and nine grandchildren. Services will be Tuesday afternoon at 2 at the Church of the Holy Comforter, Seminary and Bellona avenues, Lutherville. The family will receive friends one hour before the service in the parish hall of the church. Burial will be in Sherwood Episcopal Church Cemetery, Cockeysville, Md.

Okie services REHOBOTH BEACH Services for Marian Rogers Okie, 24, of 401 Bayard Ave. will be Wednesday afternoon at 2 at the Dodd-Carey Funeral Home, Georgetown. Miss Okie died in the Delaware Division Saturday afternoon of injuries received when her automobile collided with a car at the intersection of Delaware 9 and Sussex 474, three miles east of Laurel. Police said charges are pending against the driver of the other car, who apparently failed to observe a stop sign.

Miss Okie graduated from Oldfields School, Glencoe, in 1976 and attended Delaware Technical and Community College, Georgetown, Salisbury State Teachers College, Salisbury, and was attending Marathon Community College, Marathon, at the time of her death. She is survived by her mother, Beverly R. Okie, with whom she lived; her father, Austin and her grandmother, Isabel F. Okie, both of Georgetown; and her grandfather, Horace S. Okie of Miami Beach, Fla.

There will be no viewing. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Georgetown. James K. Simpler DAGSBORO James K. Simpler, 67, of near Dagsboro, died Saturday in Beebe Hospital of an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Simpler retired in 1968 as a poultryman. He served in the Navy during World War II. He is survived by his wife, Thelma a son, Norwood J. of Dagsboro; two daughters, Sylvia L.

Hudson and Janet L. Smith, both Dagsboro; two brothers, Curtis of Norfolk, and Elmer of Dagsboro; a sister, Elizabeth Littleton of Frankford; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be Wednesday afternoon at 1 at the chapel of Melson Funeral Services, Frankford, where friends may call Tuesday night. Burial will be in Dagsboro Memorial Cemetery. Harry B.

Carpenter MILLSBORO Harry B. Carpenter, 69, of W-80, White House Beach, formerly of 233 Du Pont Highway, New Castle, died Saturday of cancer in Beebe Hospital, Lewes, where he was hospitalized for the past six weeks. Mr. Carpenter retired on disability in 1972 from the New Castle County Ambulance Service after 20 years. He was also a Republican committee chairman in the New Castle area for 10 years.

He is survived by his wife, Helen a daughter, Eleanor C. Swift of Fairwinds; a brother, John of Harrington; four sisters, Pauline Pepper of Georgetown, Anna F. Dodd of Lewes, Jane Melvin and Regenia Brown, both of Harrington; and two grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday morning at 11 at the Gebhart Funeral Home, 531 Delawre Castle, where friends may call Wednesday night. Burial will be in Red Clay Creek Cemetery.

Graziano was the hostess at the Fair Hill Inn for the past two years. She was the supervisor of the Delaware Pony Club, and past supervisor of the Fair Hill Pony Club. She is survived by her husband, Anthony; a son, Peter and a daughter, Laura B. Graziano, both at home; her father, Howard L. Schulz of Landenberg, and a brother, Robert H.

Shulz of Newark, Del. Memorial services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 in Rock Presbyterian Church, Maryland 273 West, one mile beyond Fair Hill. Burial will be in Sharps Cemetery. J. Henry Mitchell Jr. FELTON J. Henry Mitchell 76, of near Felton, died Thrusday of heart failure in the Delaware Home and Hospital for the Chronically Ill, Smyrna. Mr.

Mitchell retired in 1972 as a florist from Lewis F. Edward Sons Richardson Park, after 25 years. He is survived by two sisters, Lola M. Oday of Felton and Naomi M. Minner of Wilmington.

Hall, 82, of; 201 Seventh died of heart failure Saturday in Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, Seaford. Mrs. Hall retired in 1958 as a retail clerk after six years. She was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church. She is survived by a brother, Vernon A.
