Cheney, 76, passed away March 7, 2016 at home with his loving family by his side. Born in Duchesne, Utah, he resided in Piscataway.

Mr. Cheney proudly served an enlistment in the United States Air Force. He was formerly employed with Associated Press in New York, NY. He enjoyed reading, was a Civil War enthusiast and greatly admired and read everything published about Abraham Lincoln. Douglas was predeceased by his parents, his 5 siblings and his son-in-law.

He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Mrs. Judith A. Cheney; his daughters, Patricia Ellen Karl and her husband Jim, Judi Lynn Smith and Karen Cheney; his grandchildren, Julie Catherine Karl, Henry Charles Smith III, Stephanie Elizabeth Smith and Christine Laura Karl; his brother Russell K. Cheney; his mother-in-law Mabel Hopkins; his 8 brothers and sisters- in-law and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends may gather Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the Piscataway Funeral Home, 18 Stelton Piscataway, NJ 08854 for a visitation.

3386 Eleanor A. Ginfrida, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2016 at Parker at Monroe. She was 81. Born in New Brunswick, she lived in Franklin Park until she moved to Dayton in 1973. She was a secretary for Rutgers University Labor Center in New Brunswick, before retiring in 1988.

Eleanor was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in New Brunswick. She also was a volunteer for the South Brunswick Library, Promise and Jupiter Medical Center. She also loved gardening and nature. She enjoyed walking on the beach and collecting sea shells. She was a kind loving soul, especially to her family.

predeceased by her husband Jack Ginfrida (d. 2009). Surviving is her sister and brother-in-law Elizabeth and Francis Wahler of East Brunswick, her brother and sister-in-law Henry and Su Brackman of Phoenixville, PA, her niece Linda Masiello of Dayton, her nephews Frank Wahler of Bangor, PA and Kenneth Wahler of Ruxton, MD; and her step-son John Ginfrida of Tuckerton, NJ. RAYMONDE.PUCHALSKI Americo Sano, age 86 of Parlin NJ passed away on March 5, 2016 at Bayshore Hospital, Holmdel. Rico was born in Manhattan, NY, and lived much of his life in Parlin. He is predeceased by his parents, Angelina Antonio Sano, and eight siblings, Phillip, Louis, Alexander, Aurelio, Benedict, Anthony, Mary Palumbo Gloria Cocheo. Rico is survived by his beloved wife of 61 years, Angelina Sano, his daughter, Angela of Parlin, son, Anthony and wife Claire of Jacksonville, FL, and grandson Nicholas.

He is also survived by siblings, Angelo, of Eustis, FL and Frances Schultz of Medford, NY, several nieces, nephews, godchildren, relatives and friends. Rico retired after 33 years as a trackman with the NYC Transit Authority. He was also employed as a deli clerk at Happy Valley Farms, Bronx, NY. Rico was a proud Korean War veteran, and a life member quartermaster of VFW Post 7508 Old Bridge. He attended Sayreville Senior wood carving club for many years.

He enjoyed gardening, and was a handyman who helped his friends and neighbors. Funeral arrangements handled by Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, 15 Cherry Lane, Parlin. Visitation from 2-4pm and 7-9pm on Sunday, March 13, 2016. Services Monday, March 14, 2016, at the Funeral Home with a Mass of Christian burial at St Bernadette RC Church, Parlin at 10am.

Interment will be at Brigadier General William C. Doyle New Jersey Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown.
