Their parents are Patricia Noack of Jefferson Farms and Mr. and Mrs. George Washington Tuten of Llangollen Estates. The bride is a student at Fairwinds Christian School, Bear. A graduate of the school, the groom will be a junior at Liberty Baptist College, Lynchburg, and is an employee of John Wanamaker.

The co couple will live in Lynchburg. Papa-Donahue Sandra Papa of Wilmington and Patrick, last Donahue Sunday of Wilmington, Elizabeth were Catholic Church, Cedar and Clayton streets. Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Papa and Mr.

and Mrs. Joseph Donahue. The bride is a graduate of Delcastle Technical High School and is employed by the Wilmington Medical Center. A graduate of St. Mark's High School and Delaware Technical and Community College, the groom is an employee of ICI Americas Inc.

The couple will live in Wilmington. Bledsoe-Taggart Kimberly Diane Bledsoe and Mark Joseph Taggart were married June 11 in St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, Fourth Street and Bancroft Parkway. They will live in Marshallton. Parents of the couple are Mr.

Del Duco-Ballance Sandra M. DelDuco of Wilmington Manor Gardens and Linden F. Ballance Jr. of New Castle were married Saturday in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Ninth and Du Pont streets.

The groom attended the University of Freiburg, Switzerland, graduated from La Salle College, Philadelphia, and received a master's degree from Temple University, Philadelphia.
