N. Willianvs was fatally injured, are set for trial in the District court of Tama county next week, starting Monday. Mr.

Manly was the driver of the truck. Mr. Williams, who was 1hen farming near Reinbeck, drove the car which contained his wife and child. Mrs. William? died a few hours after arrival at a Waterloo hospital.

The child is claimed to be permanently injured. Accidents such as the above are deplorable, but are liable to happen any day, and are generally followed by a damage suit. There is only one way to be safe, and that is by having Automobile Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance. If a claim is made or a suit started, the Company defends, pays all costs and Attorney fees, and pays the verdict if one is rendered, up to the limits of the policy. The Standard policy protects up to $5,000 for personal injuries in case only one person is injured, $10,000 if more than one person is injured, and $1,000 on damage to property, court costs and Attorney fees in addition.
