Dorothy M. Bunting, of R.D. 1, died of cancer Thursday in Peninsula Medical Center, Salisbury. Mrs. Bunting was a seamstress at Rombro Bros, in Powellville for 35 years, retiring in 1980.

She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Gum-boro, Del, where she was Sunday school superintendent for many y(ears. She is survived by her husband, Lee; and a sister, Ethel Davis, also of Willards. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hastings Funeral Home, 19 S. Main Selbyville, Del, where friends may call after 1.

Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Willards. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Bethel United Methodist Church, Delaware 3, Box 243, Millsboro 19966. for Brown Williamson Tobacco Co. of Louisville, for 50 years. He had worked in Salisbury, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Wilkes-Barre, and California, where he retired in 1960.

He was a member of the Ahmes Shrine in San Francisco. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Dorothy D. Holland of Pebble Beach, and a grandson. Services and burial will be private. Lucy Mae Young Lucy Mae Young 77, of Salem Church Road, Newark, died of heart failure Thursday in her granddaughter's home on Martin-dale Drive, Brookside Park.

Mrs. Young was a homemaker and a member of Ogletown Baptist Church. Her husband, Linwood, died in 1961. She is survived by three sons, Charles E. of Magnolia, Lindsey W.

of Bear and H.T. of Wilmington; a daughter, Minnie L. Krauss of Brookside Park; a sister, Ruby Lee Sims of Naples, 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Groce Funeral Home, Ashe-ville, N.C.

Burial will be in Mills River, N.C. Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Ogletown Baptist Church, 316 Red Mill Road, Newark 19713. George T. Borgia George T. Borgia, 64, of 2706 Lancaster died of cancer Wednesday in Veterans Administration Hospital, Elsmere.

Mr. Borgia, an inspector for Electric Hose Rubber Co. in Wilmington for 31 years, retired in 1977. He was a member of the Ameri" can Legion Charles Durney Post, and St. Thomas' and St.

Anthony's senior centers. He is survived by his wife, the former Jennie Imperial; a son, Thomas of Newark; four daughters, JoAnne DeSimone of Chester, Rose Marie Cole of Wilmington, Elizabeth Rabon of Columbia, S.C., and Teresa Borgia, at home; two brothers, Domenico of Laurel and Anthony of Wilmington; four sisters, Julia Nardo of Cedarcrest, Mary Hanby of Minquadale, Catherine Wilkerson of Laurel and Rosa Santore of Cleveland, and five grandchildren. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Cathedral Cemetery, Lancaster Avenue. There will be no viewing.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1708 Lovering Wilmington 19806 Rose M. McGurk Rose M. McGurk, 89, formerly of Claymont, died of congestive heart failure Wednesday in Jeanne Jugan Residence, 185 Salem Church Road. Mrs. McGurk was a homemaker and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Her husband, Alexander J. Sr. died in 1977. She is survived by a son, Alexander J. Jr.

of Claymont; a daughter, Mary C. Good of Sarasota, a half brother, John William Friel of Philadelphia; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday in Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 3200 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont. Friends may call Monday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m.

Evans, 61, of R.D. 3, near Seaford, died of an apparent heart attack Wednesday at home. Mr. Evans was a power house operator for 30 years at the Du Pont Seaford Nylon Plant, retiring in 1985. He owned Evans' Ceramics in Seaford from 1964 to 1970.

He was an Army veteran of World WarU. His wife', the former Adrienne Bright, died in 1983. He is survived by a son, Robert C. of Seaford; a daughter, A. Paulette Derrickson of Dagsboro; three sisters, Diane Hin-man, Sue Ward and BettyAnn Payne, all of Crisfield, four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Front and King streets, Seaford. There will be no viewing. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Seaford.

Reginald L. Davis LAWNSIDE, N.J. Reginald L. Davis, 56, of 210 Roberts formerly of Millsboro, died of aplastic anemia Thursday in Underwood Memorial Hospital, Woodbury. Mr.

Davis was a machine operator for 30 years at Weyerhaeuser in Barrington. He was born and reared in Millsboro, and moved to Philadelphia in 1951. He is survived by his wife, the former Jean D. Morris; two daughters, Olivia Hamilton of Lawnside and Cynthia Thomas of Linden-wald; six brothers, Lester, Layton, William W. and Walter all of Millsboro, Clarence of Magnolia and Albert of Somerdale; two sisters, Annie George of Millsboro and Cherita Davis of Portland, and four grandchildren.

Services will be at noon Monday in Harmony United Methodist Church, Delaware 24, east of Millsboro, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be in Harmony Cemetery, Millsboro. SEAFORD Alton F. Davis, 87, of Methodist Manor House, died Tuesday of heart failure in Nanti-coke Memorial Hospital. Mr. Davis married his high school sweetheart, the former Beth Speicher, on Dec. 14, when both were 86.

Each had married, raised a family and was widowed before Mr. Davis contacted her at the Manor House in January 1986. They had not seen each other in 64 years. He learned of her presence at the Manor House from a nephew who had visited there. Mr.

Davis was a sales manager Jessie James McCoy PORT DEPOSIT, Md. Jessie James McCoy, 68, of 287 Rowland Road, died Wednesday of heart disease at home. Mr. McCoy was a laborer for Chrysler Corp. for two years, retiring in the mid-1950s.

He is survived by three brothers, Stacey A. and Ulysses both of Port Deposit, and Garfield W. of Coatesville, Pa. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Patterson Funeral Home, 1493-95 Clayton Perryville, where friends may call after 1 p.m.

Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery, Port Deposit. Dorothy I. Good Dorothy I. Good, 73, of 1007 Marrows Road, Brookside Park, died of heart failure Thursday in Christiana Hospital. Mrs.

Good worked for the University of Delaware in the Food Service Department for nine She retired in 1979. Before that she worked for 29 years as a machine operator for the Budd Co. in Newark. Her husband, George died in 1970. She is survived by a son, A.

Ronald Hill of Covered Bridge Farms; three brothers, William A. Campbell of Fairhill, A. Clifton Campbell of Wilmington and Charles C. Campbell of Elkton, and two grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m.

Mary Kirnbauer Mary Kirnbauer, 95, of 819 Rock Lane, Rockwood Court, Newark, died of congestive heart failure Wednesday in Christiana Hospital. Mrs.

Kirnbauer was born in Austria and moved to the United States when she was 14. She was a homemaker. Her husband, John, died in 1974. She is survived by a son, Walter Kirnbauer of Newark; two daughters, Dorothy Meyers, also of Newark, and Elda Oliver of Smithfield, 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be in Chicago.

Teregoy was a lieutenant for 26 years at the Delaware Correctional Center near Smyrna, retiring in 1985. He is survived by his wife, Shirley; a son, William T. of Fayette-ville, N.C.; two daughters, Wanda Piecuski of Dover and Jeannie Marie Teregoy, at home; and three grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in McCrery Memorial Chapel, Kirkwood Highway and Duncan Road, Wilmington, where friends may call Sunday after 7 p.m.

Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, Du Pont Highway, Wilmington Manor. George A. Harter Sr. NOKOMIS, Fla. George A.

Harter 76, formerly of New Castle, died Thursday in Venice (Fla.) Hospital. He had lived in Delaware most of his life until moving to Florida 16 years ago. Mr. Harter, a clinical electrical technician with Venice Hospital for 10 years, retired in 1984. He was a member of Venice-Nokomis United Methodist Church and a member of the Lions Club.

His wife, Dorothy, died in 1973. He is survived by three sons, Tom of Kansas City, George A. Jr. of New Castle and Terry B. of Wilmington, a daughter, Nancy Chaney of Nokomis; two brothers, John J.

Jr. of Newport, and Stanley S. of New Castle; and nine grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Ewing Funeral Home Chapel, 140 E.

Venice Venice, where friends may call after 10 a.m. Burial will be in Nokomis Cemetery, Nokomis. The family suggests contributions to the National Kidney Foundation-Delaware 1-C Trolley Square, Wilmington, Del. 19806. Mr.

Chinn, of Cokesbury Village, Hockessin, joined the bank in 1930 and attained various positions there, including vice president in 1940, vice ident and trust officer in 1949, 1 and president in Mr. Chinn in 1958 1958. He became chief executive officer in 1963 and chairman of the board three years later. He retired in 1969. Mr.

Chinn was a director of the Greater Wilmington Development Council and the executive commit- -tee of the United Community Fund, now known as United Way. He was a director and treasurer of Downtown Wilmington Inc. and a director and member of the YMCA's finance committee. He was a director of the Episcopal Church Home Foundation, a member of the board of trustees and vice president of the Episcopal Diocese of Delaware, and a mem- ber of Trinity Episcopal Church. He was a member of the Wil-, mington Club, the Wilmington Country Club, the Biderman Golf Club and the Society of Colonial Wars.

Born in Warsaw, he attended Episcopal High School in Alexandria, and received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia. He was on the board of trustees of both Episcopal High School and the Univer-" sity of Virginia Alumni Endowment Funds. His wife, the former Katherine Brown, died in 1984. He is survived by three daughters, Margery Warren of Suf field, Sally Pew of Villanova, and Katherine Kris-tol of Wilmington; a brother, Austin B. of Staunton, two sisters, Sally C.

Reisinger of Tappahan-nock, and Mary Morris of Richmond, eight grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. on April 4 in Trinity Episcopal Church, Delaware Avenue and Adams Street, Wilmington. There will be no viewing. Burial will be at a later date in Warsaw, Va.

Jewell LIMA, Pa. Elizabeth L. 82, of Fair Acres Nursing Home, formerly of Chester, died of respi- ratory failure Wednesday in Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Jewell was a Her husband.

Earl, died in 1950. She is survived by a son, Frank of Wilmington, a Catherine Jewell of Milford, a brother, Frank A. Vadakin of Dover, four sisters, Viola; Abbott of Camden, Del, Mildred-DeLorenzo and Edna M. Warren, both of Milford, and Ruth Nellis of; Arcadia, seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Police mitted to the Sussex Correctional Institution near Georgetown in default of $6,000 bond. Police said the incident occurred when the victim, whose name and age are being withheld by police, agreed Sunday to perform sexual, acts with the two men in exchange for "crack" cocaine. But Mills and Draine used a for-; eign object to sexually penetrate the victim without her police said.

Mrs. Adkins was a homemaker and a member of Cordova Baptist Church. Her first husband, Roland Kam-barn, died in 1958. Her second husband, Dallas A. Adkins, died in 1967.

She is survived by a son, William R. Kambarn of Santa Barbara, a daughter, Mildred C. Thornton of Baltimore; a stepson, George Adkins of Easton; a stepdaughter, Louise Pernol of Greensboro; and two grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Moore Funeral Home, 12 S.

Ann's Episcopal Church, 419 Woodland Street, Nashville 37206. George Rothwell; noted Smyrna businessman, 92 SMYRNA George C. Rothwell, 92, a farmer, granary owner and car and truck dealer, died of heart failure Thursday in Kent Convalescent Center. Mr. Rothwell, of 129 S.

Main was a lifelong resident and businessman in Smyrna. He was born in Blackbird Hundred. As a young man, he founded and was president of George C. Rothwell grain dealers, and Rothwell Grain Elevators Corp. In 1937, he founded Rothwell's Dodge-Chrysler, Plymouth and Dodge Truck dealership in Smyrna.

He also owned a garage and motor supply company and a fleet of trucks. He was listed in the History of Delaware, Volume III, in 1949, as the owner of six farms encompassing more than 1,000 acres. He retired from active leadership in business in 1980. He, was a lifelong member and former elder of First Presbyterian Church. He was a life member of Citizens Hose Company of Smyrna.

He was a past director of Kent General Hospital in Dover. For many years, he was on the board of the Fruit Growers National Bank of Smyrna, which later became Farmers Bank of the State of Delaware, now Mellon Bank. He is survived by his wife of 71 years, Eleanor two daughters, Marian M. Johnson of Smyrna and Polly R. Piser of Glen Farms, Elkton, two sisters, Rebecca Rothwell of Cokesbury Village, Hockessin, and Henrietta Howard of Crosslands, Kennett Square, a grandson, Roger D.

Bicyclist struck by truck OCEAN VIEW An Ocean View boy was seriously hurt Thursday when he was struck by a car while crossing a road on his bicycle. State police said Michael Berth, 11, was riding his bike west along Delaware 26 at about 2 p.m. Witnesses told police he tried to cross the road without looking, and rode into the path of a pickup truck driven by John Braesure, 55, of Evans Road in Bethany Beach. Berth was knocked off the bike, struck the truck's windshield and was thrown about 10 feet. He was taken to Beebe Hospital in Lewes, where he was in serious condition Thursday night with a concussion.

Braesure was not hurt, police said. Two face assault counts LEWES Two Lewes men were arrested on charges of sexually assaulting a woman in the aftermath of an alleged sex-for-drugs deal, according to state police. Albert L. Mills, 37, and David E. Draine, both of Lewes, were arrested Sunday night, the night the assault took place.
