Sign money will go to athletic program State Rep Charles L. Hebner, R-Indian Field, has decided to donate money that was supposed to be used to purchase signs for his reelection campaign to the Claymont Youth Athletic Association. Hebner said his decision is partly based on his past experiences with signs. No charges have been filed against Gamble. Alette is the 79th person to die on Delaware highways in 1984.

Sspt 14.17NJ 23-year-old woman injured in stabbing Police fire 2 hurt in head-on crash Two people were seriously injured when their cars collided head-on Saturday night on Delaware 4, east of Elkton Road, in Newark, police said. Barbara Cooper, 21, of the unit block of Roxeter Road, Castle Hills, near New Castle, and Christopher Curlott, 20, of the unit block of Little River Road, Perryville, were both in serious condition with undisclosed injuries, a Delaware Division spokeswoman said. Police said Curlott was driving in the wrong direction in the east-bound lanes at 10:39 p.m. when he collided with Cooper's eastbound car.

Box 1401- -Dover, DE I990J- Sept 17J (M-631 A resident of the A-OK Campground near Bear was stabbed early Sunday by one of two people she had taken to her trailer from a nearby tavern, state police said. Mary Harrison, 23, of C-23, was in serious condition at Delaware Division from a stab wound of the abo-domen. a hospital spokeswoman said. Harrison told police a man and a woman accompanied her from a bar on U.S. 40, near the campground.

She said she left the man and woman in her trailer while she went to make a phone call. Police said Harrison returned a few minutes later at 1 a.m. and was stabbed with a steak knife by the man. The couple then fled in their car. Harrison was unable to identify the couple or give a description of the car they were driving, police said.

Pa. man dies in accident KENNETT SQUARE. Pa. A Kennett Square man died early Sunday and two passengers were injured when their car went out of control on Kaolin Road, south of Hillendale Road, state police said. The driver, Richard S.

Reeves, 21. of the 100 block of S. Walnut was pronounced dead on arrival at 121 a.m. at Southern Chester County Medical Center, in Jenners-ville, police said. The passengers, Mark D.

Stren-gari. 23, of the 800 block of Pike and Frank S. Hobsons, 23, of the 200 block of S. Willow both Kennett Square, were treated and released for minor injuries, a hospital spokeswoman said. Police said Reeves was heading north on Kaolin Road at high speed when he rounded a curve and lost control.

The car skidded off the road, struck a utility pole, and flipped over.
