Belden in Fairfield, at 10 o'clock, A. which time and place all delinquents are notified to appear with sufficient evidence or proof of their disability to perform military duty, and receive their certificates of discharge, otherwise abide the consequences that follow. All persons subject to military duty in the township of Peru, enrolled in the Oth Company of Militia, are notified to be and appear at the house of T. Tillson in said township, on the 4th day of September next, at 10 o'clock, A. M.

armed and c- quipped according to law for company drill. Notice is also given to all the male inhabitants in the township of Sherman, that are over 18 and under 45 years of age, that they are enrolled in the 7th Company, 1st Brigade and llth Division Ohio Militia, and ordered to be and appear at the place of holding i Township Election last spring, on the 4th day of next, at 10 o'clock A. M. well armed and equipped according to law, for company drill. Commandants of Companies will see that every man over 18 and under 45 years of age within the bounds of their Company are enrolled and notified of their enrollment.
