BRADSTREET'S REPORTS BUYING IS STIMULATED NEW YOEK, July 20. (AP) Bradstreets tomorrow will say: "The more cheerful tone of advices as to retail trade and crops, noted last week, seems fully maintained. High temperatures have been favor able aliie to distribution of light sum mer wear and to growth or harvest ing of crops. In the case of retail trade, clearance sales have seen added stimulus, and while wholesale trade still tends to lag, there is evidence that buying for fall has been stimulated by the improved reports from the crops, especially com, which seems certain to show a larger yield than a year ago. Weather conditions have favored the continued harvesting and marketing of wheat in the southwest and middle west, and this has resulted in a call for increased supplies of money in those areas.

Reports from the industries this week are cheerful as regards iron and steel and automobiles, and a shade better as regards shoe and furniture manufacturing. Reports from the cotton manufacturing in dustry are that June consumption was the sma lest in nearly two years. "Weekly bank clearings 547.000 and increase of 12.8 per cent over last year.
