THE NEWS JOURNAL TUESDAY, OCT. 28, 1997 Obituaries FORESTER MASS: A Mass for Jennifer L. Forester, 24, of 5 Colonial Court, Stuyvesant Hills, Hockessin, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church, Cedar and Clayton streets, Wilmington.

Friends may call after 7 tonight at Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Wilmington. Entombment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington. Ms. Forester died Saturday in Christiana Hospital of injuries sustained Friday in an auto accident Friday on Delaware 141. Ms.

Forester was a manager in the junior department at Strawbridge's in Christiana Mall, where she worked for the past four years. She was a part-time bartender at the Big Kahuna for three years until August. She was a 1991 Blue Queen candidate and a member of the Queen's Court at the BlueGold All Star Football Game, representing St. Elizabeth's High School. Survivors: mother and father, John P.

and Madeline "Lyn" Forester, with whom she lived; brothers, John P. and Jeremy both at home; maternal grandmother, Anna D. Cutrona of Wilmington; paternal grandmother, Margaret M. Forester of Wilmington. Contributions: St.

Elizabeth's High School, Wilmington 19805. MIRIAM E. FREEBERY, 66, of Wilmington and Lewes, died Monday of heart failure in Christiana Hospital. Mrs. Freebery, a sales service supervisor, started her career with Atlas Chemical later ICI Americas, in 1955.

She also worked at its subsidiary, Stuart Pharmaceuticals, and retired in 1993 from Zeneca Inc. Survivors: son, Richard L. Jr. of Newark; daughter, Mary E. Davidson of Dewey Beach; brothers, Joseph Young of Wilmington and Daniel Young of New Castle; sisters, Catherine Piazza of Lewes and Betty Ann Merrill of New Castle; three grandsons.

Graham was a landscaper for Rushton Tree Service for about 45 years and after that was a handyman. He was an Army veteran of World War II. HENRY B. MILLIGAN, 62, of Cape May, N.J., and Marco Island, formerly of Wilmington, died Sunday of a heart attack in Shore Memorial Hospital, Somers Point. Mr. Milligan had been director of marketing at the DuPont retiring in 1991 after 30 years. He lived in Wilmington several times, the last time from 1972 to 1984.

Mrs. Potter had been employed as a consultant in human resources information systems for the DuPont Wilmington, for the past 19 years. She received a bachelor's degree internal injuries a result of a fall at Mrs. Potter from Columbia University and a master's in business administration from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. She was a former vice president of the Society of Women Engineers.

She was a member of St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, where she sang in the choir, taught Sunday school and served on the congregation council. Survivors: husband, David J.
