The bride is the daughter of Melvin and Dolores Van Orman, Duncansville. The bridegroom is the son of Linda Resh, Altoona, and Ronald Resh, Oklahoma. The Rev. John Gregory and' the Rev. Larry Sowers performed the double-ring ceremony.

Janet Williams, great-aunt of the bride, was organist. Dr. W. Elaine Shuke, brother-in-law of the bride, performed violin music. Rick Adams was vocalist.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Melody Shuke, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Krista Perrin and Carly Metzger. Hattie Mae Harman was flower girl. Travis Young was best man.

Groomsmen were Jason Harrington, Brad Smith and W. Elaine Shuke. Procession leaders were selected members of Pizzazz Baton Corps, which is instructed by the bride: Amy Lashinsky, Heidi Shryock, Aleecha Jones, Kaitlyn EUer, Danielle Settlemeyer, Felicia Amick, Amanda Stanton, Ashley Hale, Alyssa Harcelrode, Brittany Rhodes, Christy Staily, Joanna-Stoltz, Chloe Crawford andChelsylmler. Pamela Swindell and Amy Lashinsky were guest book attendants. The couple took a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico.

They live in Duncansville. Mrs. Resh is a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School and Messiah College, Grantham, with a degree in marketing. She is employed by New Pig Tipton. Mr.

Resh is a graduate of Altoona Area High School and attended Penn State University. He is employed by New Enterprise Stone and Lime Co. Paula Paule, John Vincent Paula Paule and John Vincent were united in marriage at 6 p.m. July 23 at Pinecroft United Methodist Church. The bride is the daughter of William and Marlene Zimmerman, Altoona.

The bridegroom is the son of Nancy Vincent, Altoona, the late Clair Vincent. The Rev. George Bailey performed the double-ring ceremony. Marian Grassmeyer was organist. The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Heather Paule, daughter of the bride, was honor attendant. Clair Vincent, brother of the groom, was best man. A reception was held at the home of the bride and groom. A rehearsal dinner was held at the home of the bride's mother. The couple took a wedding trip to Niagara Falls, Canada.

They live in Altoona. Mrs. Vincent is employed as a licensed practical nurse by the Altoona Hospital Center for Nursing. Mr. Vincent is employed as a manager by NAPA, Duncansville.

Stefanie K. Lusco and Kenneth J. Lloyd were united in marriage at 2 p.m. July 10 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Lakemont.

The bride is the daughter of Glen and Ruth Lusco, Hollidaysburg. The bridegroom is the son of John and Elizabeth Lloyd, Altoona. The Rev. Paul Turnbull performed the double-ring ceremony. Theresa Patterson was organist.

Deborah Johnson was soloist. Timothy Lusco, brother of the bride, and David Lloyd, brother of the groom, were acolytes. The bride was given in marriage by her father. Stephanie Kane was honor attendant. Stephanie Thompson was bridesmaid.

Jessica Lusco, sister of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Andrew Williams was best man. Kevin Tomlinson was usher. A reception was held at the Park Hills Country Club. Natalie Pellegrine was guest book attendant.

A rehearsal dinner was held at The Allegro. The couple took a wedding trip to Negril, Jamaica. They live in Altoona. Mrs. Lloyd is a graduate of Penn State University.

She is employed as a preschool teacher by Small Packages Child Care Learning Center, Hollidaysburg. Mr. Lloyd is a graduate of Penn State University. He is employed as a manufacturing engineer by New Pig Tipton. Lisa A.

Alexzulian, Byron J. Cassidy Lisa Ann Alexzulian and Byron John Cassidy were united in marriage at 4 p.m. April 17 at Bona Allen Mansion, Buford, Ga. The bride is the daughter of Sandra Alexzulian, Winder, Ga. The bridegroom is the son of Barbara Whittaker, Altoona.

The Rev. Peter Brewer performed the double-ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Thomas Alcxzulian. Ann Ledford was honor attendant. Bridesmaids were Jhodie Cassidy, sister of the groom; and Bufiy Alexzulian.

Brian Walker was best man. Ushers were Shawn Walker and Thomas Alexzulian, brother of the bride. Reed Cassidy, brother of the groom, was ring bearer. A reception was held at Bona Allen Mansion. A rehearsal dinner was held at Chips Roadhouse Grill, Winder.

The couple took a wedding trip to St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands. They live in Winder. Mrs.

Cassidy is employed by Mrs. Smith's Bakeries, Duluth, Ga. Mr. Cassidy is a graduate of Altoona Area High School. He is employed by Eagle Circuit Breakers, Lawrenceville, Ga.

ON CAMPUS Accounting major completes internship Kennedy, an accounting major at Clarion University of Pennsylvania, completed an internship with the Clarion University Small Business Development Center during the 1999 summer sessions. The program involves employment in accounting during a student's senior year. To qualify, students must have completed courses in intermediate accounting, accounting for equities, cost accounting, and federal taxes before the start of the internship. A graduate of Williamsburg High School, she is the daughter of Randy and Bonnie Kennedy, Williamsburg. Biology major receives scholarship READING William Douglas Adams, a first-year biology major at Albright College, has been named a Jacob Albright Scholarship recipient for the 1999-2000 academic year.

Jacob Albright scholarships, with a four-year total value of $40,000 each, are awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance throughout their high school career. Adams, a graduate of Bishop GuUfoyle High School, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William M. Adams, Altoona.

Kalamazoo junior to study abroad KALAMAZOO, Mich. Robert M. Pennington, a junior at Kalamazoo College, is leaving this fall to study abroad. Pennington will be studying in Lancaster, United Kingdom through March. He is a graduate of Altoona Area High School.

Sophomore named to honor society Sara Adams, Altoona, was inducted into Susquehanna University's chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota, an internationally incorporated professional society for women in music. A sophomore music education major and a 1998 graduate of Altoona Area High School, Adams is the daughter of Deborah Weyandt and the late Larry Adams. Students honored by achievement academy The following students were honored by the U.S. Achievement Academy. Their names will appear in the All-American Collegiate Yearbook.

Dr. Thomas Brouse HI, Altoona, has been named an All-American Collegiate Scholar. Brouse has opened his chiropractic practice at Rizzo and Brouse Chiropractic, 502 Logan Blvd. Ryan D. Riccitelli, son of David and Jean Riccitelli, has been named an All-American Collegiate Scholar at Kutztown University.

Ryan is the son of David and Jean Riccitelli, Hollidaysburg. Kristy A. Nadolsky, has been named an AU-Atnerican Collegiate Scholar at College Misiericordia. She is the daughter of Guary and Marianne Nadolsky, Lilly. Boat owners at Lake Glendale must move watercraft by Nov.

Wolfe, parks operation manager at Prince Gallitzin State Park, reminds all boat owners that watercraft moored on Glendale Lake, Prince Gallitzin State Park, must be removed by Nov. 1. Failure to comply with the departmental regulations could subject the boat owner to removal cost and a daily storage fee. Prompt or earlier removal of watercraft is encouraged.

Prince Gallitzin State Park is one of several Pennsylvania state parks, administered by the Bureau of State Parks, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, where areas have been designated for boat storage during the winter months for a fee. These sites are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first- served basis. Additional information is available from the park office from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
