Dundore's 20th anniversary as pastor of the parish. The sermon -was preached by the Rev. Webster Reinert, ent of the Lutheran home at Topton. As a token of appreciation, S250 contained in a leather wallet, inscribed in gilt letters, was presented to the Rev. Dundore from the congregation by C.

S. Khoads, treasurer. Thirty new hymnals yere presented to the church choir, a gift of William Jacob Moser, church council member. THE REV. DUNDORE recently received an offer to become pastor of another church.

Although the offered position paid a higher salary, he chose to remain with the Amityville parish. He was born in Myerstown in .,1399. After service with the Army fin World War he was graduated from Albrig Mt. Airy seminary, Philadelphia. He was ordained -in Christ Lutheran church, AUentown.

Married with two children, the Rev. Dundore had his' first pastorate in McClure, Snyder county. He came to Amityville on Sept. 1, 1928. Mrs.

Dundore was honored by presentation of a hand bag from the Dorcas society. Music was in charge of Miss Katherine Bosler, organist, and directress of the 30-voice choir. A set of offering plates, receiving bason and credence table were consecrated to the memory of -Melvin O. in action during War 21, by his Mr. and Mrs.

William S. Symmons, tary, said the 3300 foot stretch, which 900 feet north of Coventryrille and 2400 feet was completed the past Tuesday. Work on the completed section and that still to be done is of the same-'nature. The road is graded, a' stone base is laid and covered with macadam. THE SECOND.

SECTION will be rebuilt on a road extending east off Route 100 about 1000 feet north of Bucktown. Known to some as Cadmus road, the thoroughfare connects with the home of Frederick T.
