I RULES The Borough of York Springs, through the appointed agent, reserves the right to inspect the premises of all applicants at any and all times for leaks and the applicant agrees to give free access to the premises for such purpose, and further agrees to make any authorized repairs within five days of notification or pay for sanv; if made by the Borough. The term, 'modified sprinkling' used on schedules of water rates applies to the washing of windows and porches only.
