Worry induced by his venture into the meat market business was said by Doctor Crist to have prompted act. Reichle's meat market, which was to' have been 'located in a remodeled dwelling at -46 West Middle street, Gettysburg, was to have been opened on Worried Over Business Since Monday, Reichle had been, worrying over his business 'venture, Doctor Crist said he was informed, and on Monday 'night he scarcely slept at all. Reichle worried because people told him he "wouldn't be in business a month," the acting coroner said. Reichle seemed in better spirits, Tuesday, although he scarcely ate any-supper, Doctor Crist was told. On Tuesday evening, Mr.

and Mrs. Reichle accompanied Mr; and Mrs. William Biddle, Gettysburg, to -the country for apples returning to the Reichle home shortly after 8 o'clock. Reichle complained of a pain in back, and his wife and Mr. and Mrs.

Biddle advised him to retire. Mrs. Reichle helped her.husband get ready for bed and placed a'heating pad on his back. 'Family Hears Shot Two minutes after Mrs. Relcrfle left the bedroom which was on the first floor of, the Reichle home, and had Mr.

and Mrs. Biddle 'in the living room, a shot was heard. Biddle 'rushed to the bedroom and 'found Reichle -lying- on the floor, a .38 calibre revolver at his side. Reichle was breathing, but unconscious. Doctor Crist arid William P.

Weaver, West Middle 'street, were summoned. The Gettysburg ambulance was called and took Reichle to the Warner hospital. According to Crist. Reichle stood in front of a bureau, and placed the revolver back of his right ear. The bullet crashed through the' man's head, emerged at the left terriple 'and lodged in the ceiling over-the bed.
