TISDEL, 78, of 3830 Eunice Dunlinden Acres, Mill-town, died Sunday of cancer in Leader Nursing Rehabilitation Center of Pike Creek, 5651 Limestone Road, Pike Creek, where she was a patient for four days. Mrs. Tisdel, a homemaker, attended First Alliance Church in Hockessin.

Her husband, Howard died in 1987. Surviving are a sister, Anna Kopchinski of Baltimore. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Gracelawn Memorial Park, North Du Pont Highway, Minquadale, with burial in the adjoining memorial park. Friends may call after 7 p.m.

Wednesday at McCrery Memorial Chapel, Kirkwood Highway and Duncan Road. WILLIAM A. WOODARD, 63, of rural Greenwood, died Monday of respiratory failure in Nanticoke Memorial Hospital after being stricken at home. Mr. Woodard was a custodian in Caesar Rodney school district from 1958 to 1977.

Later, he was a security guard at Kmart in Dover, retiring in 1988. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife. Laura J. Woodard; two sons, William A.

Jr. and Duane, both of Felton; a stepson, Raymond Nichols Jr. of Seaford; four daughters. Paulette Burger and Donna Morris, both of Dover, Patricia Lauretta of Parlin, N.J., and Linda Woodard of Felton; a stepdaughter, Sharon Reed of Greenwood; a sister, Millie Hubbard of West Lebanon, N.H.; and 10 grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m.

FORD, 92, Crescent Farm Nursing Home, Dover, formerly of 4 Hillside Road, Clay-mont, and the 2400 block Washington Wilmington, died Monday of respiratory failure in Kent General Hospital, where she was a patient. Mrs. Ford taught piano and organ in her homes for more than 60 years. She had played organ at a Wilmington United Methodist Church many years ago. Her husband, John, died in 1961.

Surviving are a son, Larry Whitte of Claymont; and four grandchildren. Services and burial will be private. JOHN MICHAEL FOSTER, 35, of Edgemoor Terrace, Edgemoor, died Sunday of complications from kidney failure in St. Francis Hospital emergency room after being stricken at home. Mr.

Foster worked for about a year as a librarian at New Castle County's Concord Pike Library, Sharpley, and at Wilmington Public Library. Before that, he did not work because of kidney problems that had led to two transplants and dialysis. He was a 1973 graduate of Mount Pleasant High School. He is survived by his father, Truman O. Foster, with whom he lived; and a sister, Deborah K.

Carroll of Wilmington. Services will be at 11:45 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Grace-lawn Memorial Park, North Du Pont Highway, Minquadale, where friends may call at 11. BEATRICE W. GILL, 86, of Forest-wille, died Sunday in Tel Hai Nursing Home, Honey Brook, her residence for six weeks. Mrs. Gill attended Beulah Baptist Church, Russellville, Pa. She was a member of Oxford Eagles, West Grove and Oxford fire companies and Liberty Rebekah Lodge 10, Hockessin, Del.

Her husband, Thomas died in 1967. Surviving are two sons, Donald R. of Elkton, and Wilmer of Philadelphia; four daughters, Louise Pierce of Wilmington, Jean Pierce of Oxford, Joyce Rock of Honey Brook, and Gladys Wilde of Philadelphia; a brother, Clyde Webb of Lincoln University; 28 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Foulk Gofus Funeral Home, 200 Rosehill Road, West Grove, where friends may call from 7 to 9 tonight and after 1:15 p.m.

of 413 Troy Woodcrest, Newport, died Sunday in Christiana Hospital after an apparent heart attack at home. Mrs. Black, a homemaker, was a member of Bethany Baptist Church. Her husband, Fred died in 1968. She is survived by two daughters, Sylvia J.

Michener of Wilmington and Dorothea C. Whaley of Newark; a sister, Stella Vore of Cleveland, Ohio; a half sister, Betty Jane Miko of Ohio; six grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Bethany Baptist Church. 410 Denver Road, West-view, where friends may call after 10.

FREDRICK JOSEPH BRADFORD, 74, of 924 S. Heald Wilmington, died Sunday of cancer in Christiana Hospital. Mr.

Bradford, a mechanic at Chester Mack Sales and Service, Heald Street, retired in 1982 after 25 vears. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Mary Ann Bridges Bradford; a stepson, Adam K. Smith of Elsmere; three granddaughters and a great-granddaughter. Services will be at 2 p.m.

HENRY "HANK" DICKINSON, 62, of 1003 Greentree Road, Hillside Heights, Newark, died Sunday of cancer in Christiana Hospital. Mr.

Dickinson, a self-employed truck driver, leased his equipment to Transfer Inc. for 19 years. Earlier, he drove for Crown Zellerbach and Preston trucking companies. He was a member of Hiram Lodge 25, Newark; Scottish Rite and Nur Temple, both in Wilmington, and Lodge 630, Loyal Order of Moose. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

He enjoyed fishing, traveling and playing cards. He is survived by his wife, Eileen Folk Dickinson; a son, Steven E. of Newark; a daughter, Donna M. Tucker of New Castle; a half brother, Paul Wiggins of Berwick, and a granddaughter. Services will be at 11:45 a.m.

LEON W. EVANS, 59, of 400 E. Fourth Wilmington, died May 30 of cancer in Wilmington Hospital after becoming ill at home. Mr. Evans worked for Worthy Brothers, and Sun Air Garbage Co.

Leitch worked at Elwyn Institute for the Handicapped for several years. He was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, New Castle. He is survived by his mother, Gladys D. Leitch of Cornwall, and two sisters, Patricia A. D'Anna of Newark, and Carlette D.

MALONEY, 92, of 1303 Delaware Plaza Apartments, Wilmington, died Saturday at home. Mrs. Maloney, a supervisor at Liberty Mutual Life Insurance retired in 1960 after 25 years. She was a member of Peninsula-McCabe United Methodist Church. Her husband, Charles died in 1971.

She is survived by nephews. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in McCrery Memorial Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Talleyville. There will be no viewing. Burial will be in Gracelawn Memorial Park, North Du Pont Highway, Minquadale.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Salvation Army, Wilmington, or charity. MARY MARGARET MILEWSKI, 72, of 701 Washington Wilmington, died Saturday at home of cardiac arrest. Mrs. Milewski, a longtime Wilmington resident, had been a waitress for 20 years at Wool-worth's, Ninth and Market streets. She retired in 1971.

She was a member of St. Peter's and St. Patrick's senior centers. Her husband, Frank, died in 1964. Surviving are her daughter, Jane M.

Hodgson, with whom she lived; and two grandchildren. Services and burial will be private. F. CLIFFORD 'KIP' MOORE, 84, of 1524 W. Latimer Place, Cleland Heights, Wilmington, formerly of Newark, died Monday at home after a stroke.

Mr. Moore, a supervisor at NVF Yorklyn, retired in 1971 after 50 years. He was a 65-year member and former assistant chief of Aetna Hose Hook Ladder Company of Newark. His first wife, Elizabeth E. Moore, died in 1971.

His second wife, Frances M. Moore, died in 1989. He is survived by a son, Irwin C. of Angola by the Bay; two daughters, Elizabeth J. Baker of Libby, and Virginia L.

Soboleski of Newark; a stepson, John F. Bachmeyer, with whom, he lived; a sister, Edna Pilchard of Bakersfield, 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Thurs- JOHN EDMUND HEALY SR, 70, of Lancashire, Brandywine Hundred, died Sunday of cancer in Christiana Hospital. Mr.

Healy, an electrical inspector at Boeing Helicopter Co. in Ridely Township, for 26 years, retired in 1987. He was born in Marcus Hook, and lived in Wilmington for 29 years. He was a Navv veteran, serving from 1940 to 1961. He was a member of Catholic Church of the Holy Child, Brandywine Hundred.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Eileen Oberg Healy; three sons, John E. Jr. of Claymont, Patrick J. of Elkton, and Michael T. at home; three daughters, Susan Williams of Bear, Mary Ann Mousley of Wilmington and Nancy Smith of Elkton; and six grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Thursday in Catholic Church of the Holy Child, 2500 Naamans Road. Burial will be in St. Joseph's on the Brandywine Cemetery, Greenville. Friends may call after 9 a.m.

CHARLES ARTHUR "ART" HILL, of Oak Lane Manor, Fairfax, died in St. Francis Hospital after an apparent stroke at home Saturday, the day after his 71st birthday. Mr.

Hill, an instrument specialist engineer, retired in 1981 after 41 years at the Du Pont Co. Louviers site. He was a registered professional engineer and a life member of Instrument Society of America. When he was 50, he received a bachelor's degree in engineering administration from the University of Delaware after 30 years of night school. He retired from the Army Reserve as a lieutenant colonel.

He was involved with the Boy Scouts of America for almost 40 years, earning St. George and Silver Beaver awards. He was an avid fisherman and built fishing rods and enjoyed gardening and computers. He was a member of St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gladys three sons, Milton A. of Syracuse. N.Y., Michael A. of Mountain Top, and Mitchell A. of Newark; four daughters, Madeline M.

Rice and Maureen A. Hill, both of Wilmington, Monica M. Garner of Denver, and Melanie A. Williams of North Miami Beach, 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m.

Hurd was a homemaker. FRANCES ELIZABETH NOMINEE, 93, formerly of San Francisco, died Saturday of cancer in Parkview Nursing Home, Wilmington, her residence since April 9. Mrs. Nominee, an accountant at California Packing now owned by R.J. Reynolds in San Francisco, retired in 1962 and moved to Wilmington. She had lived at The Plaza and Ingleside Retirement Home, both in Wilmington.

She survived the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. She was an avid traveler and active with American Aassociaton of Retired Persons, and had been recording secretary of the Wilmington chapter when the chapter was established. Her husband, William, died in 1941. She is survived by her daughter, Louise Smook of Wilmington; and two granddaughters. Services and burial will be private.

Instead of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Delaware SPCA, Stanton. BEATRICE M. REBLOCK, of 17 Wagon Wheel Lane, Rehoboth Beach, died Saturday in Beebe Medical Center, Lewes, after being stricken at home. Her age was not disclosed. Mrs.

Reblock had been a home-maker. Her husband, Frank, died in 1986. She is survived by three brothers, Nicholas Cervelli of Lewes, Henry of Oxnard, and Martin of Wilmington; and two sisters, Charlotte Grifantini of Lewes and Marie Antonio of Warwick, Md. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in McCrery Memorial Chapel, Kirkwood Highway and Duncan Road, suburban Wilmington, where friends may call at 10.

Burial will be in All Saints Cemetery, Kirkwood Highway. CAROLYN L. RITTER, 54, of 107 Dyer Swanwyck Estates, New Castle, died Sunday of cancer in St. Francis Hospital, where she was a patient. Mrs.

Ritter, a finisher at Kau-magraph Corp. for five years, stopped working six months ago due to illness. She bowled in several leagues. She is survived by her husband, Thomas five sons, George Joseph P. and Robert all of New Castle, Sgt.

Herrmann, Daniel 77, of Greenville, Chandler Funeral Home. a BANK WORKERS EVACUATED: CHRISTIANA About 120 workers at Primerica Bank were evacuated Monday after air-condition ers on the roof caught fire, authorities said. Firefighters from the Christiana, Aetna Hose Hook Ladder of Newark and Mil Creek companies were called to the bank on Christiana Road at 11:29 a.m. by a report of smoke in the building.

They arrived to find a fire in three rooftop air-conditioning units, said Brian M. Jackson of Christiana Fire Company. Jackson said the employees were evacuated and the power shut off, and the fire was under control by 12:10 p.m. No one was reported injured. SEX CHARGES LODGED: OGLETOWN Police Monday charged a 31-year-old man with the repeated sexual attack of an 11-year-old girl.

New Castle County police reported. Michael "Terry" Hyson, of Admiral's Club Apartments, was arrested about 6 p.m. and charged with three counts of first-degree unlawful sexual intercourse. He was committed to Gander Hill Prison in lieu of bail. The attacks allegedly occurred between February and June and were reported by the girl to a trusted neighbor, police said.

MAN ATTACKED, ROBBED: WILMINGTON A man was accosted and robbed Sunday by four men, one of whom shot at the victim as he ran away, police said. Kenneth Poon, of East 23rd Street, told police he was confronted about 11:30 a.m. at 22nd and Lamotte streets. The men kicked and punched him, threatened him with a gun and stole about $200 from his pocket, said Sgt. Edward Hazewski, city police spokesman.

The shot fired at Poon as he ran did not hit anyone, Hazewski said. He said police have "reason to believe the robbery is drug-related." GAS STATION CLERK ROBBED: TOWNSEND A gas station clerk was assaulted and robbed of more than $650 by a man he was showing to the station's restroom, police said. The man walked into the Fieldsboro BP station on U.S. 13 Saturday afternoon and asked to use the restroom to wash his hands, which he said were dirty from working on his broken-down car, said Patrolman Vincent G. Kowal, county police spokesman.

Kowal said the clerk showed him to thewrestroom, where the man attacked him and took the cash from his shirt pocket. The two scuffled, but the robber escaped.
