By Rick Nathanson JOURNAL STAFF WRITER Albuquerque television station, KNAT, Channel 23, has received so nettling of an llth-hour reprieve. Station general manager Dave Cavileer said an investor on Friday indicated interest in buying the station. But the potential buyer wanted the station to remain on the air while negotiations are under way.

The owners of the station were encouraged enough by the offer, Cavileer said, that they will pay to keep the station going a while longer. Exactly how long the station will remain on the air will be determined by the length of the negotiations for its sale. The negotiations will begin Monday. The station was scheduled to sign off the air as of today. Instead, Cavileer said, the station will continue to broadcast music videos from 8 a.m.
