A strong high pressure ridge will continue to build into the central Rockies. This system will bring sunny skies and hot temperatures to much of the mid-section of the nation. Willey was preceded in death by her husband Samuel J. Willey, sons Howard and Grant Willey, five sisters and two brothers. She was a member of Faith Chapel. Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be held Saturday, 10:00 a.m.

(Brad) Woolley, 37, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, July 5, 1995. He is survived by his parents, Dale and Lynne Woolley of Panorama City, CA; brother, Scott Woolley and wife, Susan of California; sisters, Tommie Sue Woolley of Tucson, AZ and Tracy Lynne Woolley of Las Vegas, NV and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Woolley was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Services will be held Saturday, 1:30 p.m.

Mrs. Salas is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Mike Salas. Mrs. Salas is also survived by two daughters, Yolanda Garcia and husband, Earl and Bonnie Sanchez and husband, Chris; two sons, Robert Salas and wife, Debbie and Leroy Salas; nine grandchildren, Claudine Garcia, Antoinette Salas, Lawrence Salas, Roberta Salas, Celina Garcia, Michael Salas, Monique Salas, Felicia Salas and Marissa Sweeney; four sisters, Priscilla Armijo and husband Diego, Mary Gonzales, Rose Mary Romo and husband, Bobby and Dora Benavidez; six brothers, Paul Gonzales and wife, Dora, Henry Gonzales and wife, Vicki, Fernando Gonzales, Carlos Gonzales and wife, Sally, Art Gonzales and Raymond Gonzales and wife, Betty. Mrs.

Salas was preceded in death by her parents Carlos and Estella Gonzales. Mrs. Salas was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7:00 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Blvd. SW, with Visitation after 6:30 p.m.

A Final Visitation will be Saturday afternoon from 1:00 until 1:30 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. at St. Anne Church, with Father Vidal Martinez, Celebrant.

Coors Blvd. SW in charge of the arrangements. SHAMA Nancy Shama, age 62, passed away late Wednesday at a local hospital. She is survived by her daughters, Donna Garcia and Darlene Shama; her mother, Harriet Bishop; sister, Kay Williams and husband, Charles; brother, Jay Bishop and wife, Jeannine Bishop; and one grandson, John Christopher Garcia. A Visitation will be held Friday, July 7, 1995 at Strong-Thome Mortuary from 12:00 Noon until 6:00 p.m.

Service will be held on Saturday, July 8 at 2:30 p.m. in the 3 and Moose Lodge. He enjoyed bowling. Mr. Maestas was an avid fan and usher for the New Mexico Lobos.

He was a Veteran of the Army serving in the Korean Conflict. A Rosary for Mr. Maestas was recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at San Martin Church, 8301 Damino San Martin SW with Martha Herrera reciting. Visitation was held at the church after 6:30 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. at the church, with Father Dan Farris, Celebrant. Final visitation will be at the church from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m.

Sylvia Montano, 85, bom October 3, 1909 and a lifelong resident of Corrales passed away on July 4, 1995. She was the daughter of Secundum Gutierrez and Bruna G. Sandoval. Mrs. Montano is survived by five daughters, Stella Armijo and husband, Juan Bruna Saiz and husband, James, Dorella Aguilar and husband, Eddie, Sylvia Sandoval and husband, Ray and Antoinette Montano; two sons, Bernardo Montano and Frank Montano and wife, Jeannie; 20 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Bernardo S. Montano in 1962. Mrs. Montano was a member of the Catholic Church, a member of the Catholic Daughters of America for 30 years and the Legion of Mary for 10 years. She was an active member in all community activities, as well as caretaker of the San Isidro Cemetery, which was previously taken care of by her mother.

Mrs. Montano was caretaker of the Church since she was a child and designed fine linens for the church. She was a member of the Corrales Historical Society. Mrs. Montano will be remembered for her kindness and giving of herself, her talents and generosity to everyone she knew.

We will miss her bountiful gardens and the beautiful hats she wore. She enjoyed making quilts and crafts with her friends and going to visit the Senior Citizen Center. Visitation for Mrs. Montano will be Friday evening from 6:00 until 7:00 at the San Ysidro Church in Corrales, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Father Lucian Hendren.

A Final Visitation will be Saturday morning in the church from 8:30 until 9:00, with Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. by Father Lucian Hendren. Interment will follow at the San Ysidro Cemetery in Corrales. Pallbearers will be John Armijo, Rick Armijo, Michael Aguilar, John Aguilar, Anthony Aguilar, Matthew Aguilar, Paul Sandoval, James Saiz, Steve Blea and Mark Blea. A reception will be held at the Historical San Ysidro Church following the Funeral.

Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Blvd. SW in charge of the arrangements. RAND Eula Mae Rand, 81, passed away Monday. She was a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church and the Eastern Star. Mrs.

Rand is survived by her son, Gilbert Rand and wife, Ruby of Albuquerque; sisters, Willie Mae Dotty, Ella Johnson and husband, Lewis, all of Dallas, TX, Amanda Barrs of Albuquerque, Jessie Bosh and husband, Roiirt of Houston, TX; brother, George Fleming of New York City, NY; grandchildren, William L. Kand and Debra Cohn; great-grandchUdren, Alyse Shuri and Bria Nicole Rand; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives. Visitation will be held at Hillcrest Chanel on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services will be held at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Satur- da, Joseph Garcia, Ruben Montoya and Larry Bentancourt. Interment will follow at Mt.

Calvary Cemetery. All arrangements entrusted to Crest-view Funeral Home, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE. DECAIGNY Ralph R. Decaigny, 79, a resident of Albuquerque for 16 years, died Sunday, July 2, 1995.

He is survived by his sister, Martha Connely of Clocay, MN; nephew, Michael Brown; and brother-in-law, Richard Brown, both of Albuquerque. Mr. Decaigny served in the US Air Force during WWII and the Korean War. He flew in over 740 missions picking up the wounded. He was a hero to his country and to his community.

Mr. Decaigny was a kind and giving person who enjoyed the outdoors. Services will be held at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, on Friday, 2:00 p.m.

with Deacon Bob Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.

DRIGGERS-Edward "Eddie" J. Driggers, 17, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 5, 1995. Edward is the beloved son of Steve and Cynthia Sanchez. Edward is also survived by one sister, Amber Jean; and two brothers, Adrian and Anthony; maternal grandmother, Mary Driggers; paternal grandfather, Andrew Driggers; a nephew, John Paul; eight aunts; nine uncles; and numerous cousins and friends. Edward was a member of the Catholic church and a student at West Mesa High School.

A Rosary for Edward will be recited Saturday morning at 9:30 at Santuario De San Martin Catholic Church, 8301 Camino San Martin SW, with Visitation at the church after 9:00 a.m. Deacon Sotero Montoya will recite the Rosary. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. at San Martin Church with Father Dan Farris, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt.

Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adrian Driggers, Arthur Gutierrez, Carlos Gutierrez, Carl Garcia and Dennis Abeyta. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Blvd. SW in charge of the arrangements. ESCAMILLA Mr.

Martin Escamilla died on Wednesday at the age of 27. He is survived by his wife, Cristina Escamilla; one son, Nestor Escamilla; one daughter, Kristina Escamilla; mother, Gregoria Escamilla; four brothers, Eulo-jio Ortiz, Jesus Ortiz, Paulin Ortiz and Baltazar Ortiz; five sisters, Maria de Los Angeles Ortiz, Elvira Ortiz, Carmela Ortiz, Evangelina Ortiz and Alicia Ortiz; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Escamilla will be held on Saturday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt.

Calvary Cemetery. Visitations will be held on Friday from 12:00 Noon until 7:00 p.m., with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. at the Salazar and Sons Mortuary, 400 3rd St. SW. GREGORY Asa H.

Gregory, 79, a resident of Albuquerque for 58 years, died Tuesday, July 4, 1995. He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Bums of Albuquerque; sons, James Gregory and wife, Sharon of Edgewood, NM and Larry Gregory of Arizona; 13 grandchildren; nine greatgrandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren. Mr. Gregory retired from the Santa ft Railroad after 37 years of service. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, 9:00 a.m.

Mrs. Howard moved in 1986 to Albuquerque from Trinidad, Colorado, where she and her husband ranched, owned and operated the Historic Columbian Hotel. A graduate of Wichita University, Mrs. Howard had been a home economist, achieved her private pilot's license, and was active in many community organizations, especially P.E.O., American Association of University Women, Trinidad Historical Society, the Albert Mitchell Museum, and Trinity Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin J.

Howard; and daughter, Phyllis Lynn. She is survived by her daughter, Karen Howard Turner and husband, Dr. Robert S. He was born in New York City on July 11, 1918 to Yale and Rose Kaplan of New York City.

He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Rudman Kaplan; his son, Arthur; his daughter, Debra Canning-Sherman; his brother, William Kaplan; and five wonderful grandchildren, David and William Canning and Sean, Danielle and Rachel Kaplan. He was a veteran of WWII serving through Pearl Harbor and the Northern Soloman Campaign for three and one-half years. He was employed by Gallo Wine Company, Schenley Company, Paul Masson Company and S.S. Pierce Company in their wine divisions. The Kaplans resided in Livingston, NJ for 28 years and Boynton Beach, FL for five years before moving to Rio Rancho in 1988.

Oliby A. Maestas, 63, a resident of Albuquerque since 1958, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 1995. Mr. Maestas is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lila; a daughter, Arlene Maestas; sons, Andrew Maestas and wife, Rebecca and Alien Maestas and wife, Debbie; five grandchildren whom he adored, Joshua, Andrea Joel, Jonathan and Jason: three sisters, Porfiria Fres-quez and husband, Conce, Adela Quintana and Louise Esquibel and husband, Max; two brothers, Carasiolo Maestas and wife, Alice and Joe Maestas and wife, Martha; sister-in-law, Nina Maestas; mother-in-law, Isabel Ortiz; sisters-in-law, Orlin-da Maestas and husband, Elijio, Jo Ann Archuleta and husband, Adonais and Bernie Ortiz; a brother-in-law, Johnny Ortiz; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Interment will follow in the Seama Village Community Cemetery. Mrs. Analla was bora November 18, 1929 at Winslow, Arizona and died at Gallup on July 5, 1995. She attended Gallup High School in the late 40's. She began working for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Wingate High School, Ft.

Wingate, NM in 1959 and retired in December 1989 after 30 years of service. She is survived by her husband, Freddie Analla, Sr. of Seama Village, NM; daughter, Susie Barney of Gallup, NM; son, Fred Analla, Jr. of Albuquerque, NM; sister, Rosemary Hale of Window Rock, AZ; brother, Dennis Burns of Galesburg, IL; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers Arthur Lee Burns and Douglas Bums.
