Oscar "Eck" Morris, 68, of 224 W. Main Newark, died yesterday at the Delaware Division' after an apparent stroke. He was a right-of-way official for New Castle County for 15 years and retired in 1975. His wife, Marion Cox Morris, died in 1958. Mr.

Morris is survived by two daughters, Kathleen M. Buchanan of Wilmington Manor and Joyce M. Ross of Fairfax; a sister, Virginia M. Jackson of Newark, and four grandchildren. Services will be Friday morning at 11 at Robert T.

Ware Ada M. Ware, 81, of 3 W. Main Christiana, died Monday night at Memorial Division after a long illness. Her husband, George B. Ware, died in 1960.

She was a life-long member of the Christiana Methodist Church. She is survived by a son, Walter V. of New Castle, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be Friday afternoon at 2 at the Robert T. Jones Son Funeral Home, 122 W.

Charles Frank "Fletch" Bryan Jr. MAGNOLIA Charles Frank "Fletch" Bryan 58, of Magnolia, died at home yesterday after an apparent heart attack. He had been owner and operator of the State Fire Janitorial Supply Dover, since 1960.

Mr. Bryan was a member of the Magnolia and Robbins Hose Fire Companies. He was also an army veteran of the World War II. Survivors are his wife, Jane Roe Bryan; two sons; Charles F. III of Magnolia, and David H.

of Magnolia; and four grandchildren. Services will be tomorrow afternoon at 2 at the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus Dover, where friends may call at 1. Burial will be in Barretts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. Ethel Katherine Dempsey Ethel Katherine Dempsey, 76, died Monday in Claremont, after a long illness. Mrs Dempsey, who lived most of her life on Harrison Street in Wilmington, was married to Hazell Dempsey, who died in 1943.

Mrs. Dempsey is survived by two daughters, Ruth D. Barringer: of Princeton, N.J.. and Jane D. Douglass of Claremont; one brother, Sidney Smith of Hockessin; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at the West Presbyterian Church, 8th and Washington Friday at 11 a.m. There will be no viewing. Buriali will be in Silverbrook Cemetery, Lancaster Avenue. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial gifts be sent to the West Presbyterian Church. Cornelius J.

Lucey Cornelius Pat" Lucey, 67, of 342 E. Roosevelt Penn Acres, died Monday in the Delaware Division after a short illness. He worked as steward of the Cat Club, 640 E. 5th from 1948 until so it closed in the late 60s. He is survived by his wife Stephanie; one stepson, William" Opalach, New Castle, and grandchildren.

There will be a mass of Christian: burial Friday morning at 10 at Mary's Church, 6th and Pine Streets. Entombment will be at Cathedral Cemetery. Rev. James P. Morgan of Mt. Olive dies at 72 The Rev. James P.

Morgan, 72, of 86 Oakmont Drive, Oakmont, died Saturday in Emily P. Bissell Hospital. Rev. Morgan began his ministerial career at the age of 16 in Knoxville, and served later in his native Georgia before coming to Wilmington in 1942. He served at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Wilmington until 1948, when he organized his own church, Holy Trinity, at 6th and Poplar Rev.
