Each Oceana High School Class Reunion Plans Made have been asked to get in Members of the 1961 Class of Oceana High School meeting Saturday evening at the home of David Hager to plan a class reunion were (left to right, seated) Mrs. Jerry (Pat Blankenship) Cook, Mrs. Donnie (Arbutus Morgan) Cook, Miss Kitty Kay Richardson, and Mrs. Martha Manning Wilson. (Back, left to right; Fairley Lusk, class president; Ronnie Stewart, vice president; and David Hager.

Also attending was Mrs. Marvin (Judy Perry) Walls. Lusk was named chairman of the reunion committee with Mrs. Donnie Cook as co-chairman. Miss Kitty Kay Richardson was named secretary' and treasurer, and David Hager was named chairman of the entertainment committee.

The group planned a reunion dance for 8 p.m., Dec. 25 in the recreation bui'ding at Kopperston. All members of the class to touch with the committee. It was stated that the addresses of all the class members were not available and parents ot those class members now living out-of-town are requested to call Mrs. Donnie Cook.

The committee hopes to have the addresses of all the class members before their next meeting scheduled for 7:30 p.m., Oct. 2. Wyoming Women Attend Meeting OCEANA (RNS) Mrs. Louetta Stewart of Oceans and Mrs. Edith Williams of Pineville were in Charleston Saturday to attend a meeting which was designed to evaluate the Head Start program, which was conducted in state schools this summer.

The meeting was held in the West Virginia Education Association Building with Paul Ven- nari, president of the state classroom teachers association, presiding. Every county in the state was represented with over 100 Head Start teachers attending. The evaluation program included speakers, a panel discussion, and questions and answers. Benjamin Martin Smith Jr. of Jacksonville, N. C. Smith received his training at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans, La. He has served as pastor of the Lake Forest Baptist Church in Wilmington, N.C., and the Oak Ridge Baptist Church in Jacksonville.

Stale Park. In other business, it was reported a total of $221.50 had been collected during the past month from traffic fines, parking tickets and the issuing of parking permits. The violations are as follows: five speeders; three running stop signs; one failure to have vehicle under control; one hazardous driving; one improper parking and one passing on the double line. A total of 155 overtime parking tickets was issued and 39 was collected from the parking meters. Building and remodeling permits were granted to Darrell V.
