In other court action yesterday, Theodore McKinney, of Lester, pleaded guilty to an indictment in which he was with; breaking into a building owned.by the Virginian and taking Railway a metal Company drum containing gasoline. Judge McCreery cited McKinney as a juvenile offender, and sentenced him to one to 10 years in the State Penitentiary at Moundsville. He was given credit for the four months he spent in jail awaiting conviction.
