94 Persons Attend Fellowship Service ZENITH The Greenbrier Baptist Associational Fifth Sunday Fellowship meeting was held at the Valley Baptist Church at Zenith Sunday afternoon with an attendance of 94; 64 members; 11 visitors, and 18 guests. Jessie E. Farr, 81, of Ansted died at her home Tuesday morning after a long illness. She was a member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church. Her husband, John W. Farr, died in 1950.

Roberta Cross, West Virginia Business and Professional Woman's Club "Young Career Woman of the Year," has returned home from a "wonderful exciting week, but glad to be back in friendly West Virginia. 7 Mrs. Cross attended the National BPW Convention in New York last week. Her roommate was from Iowa. Forty-two career women assembled July 22 for orientation and a one-minute biographical introduction alphabetically by states.

Saturday night was one of four speech sessions. The women also took a tour of Greenwich Village Saturday evening. Sunday morning they attended a rehearsal for the Tuesday program in which they were to participate. After the rehearsal the group toured the penthouse of the New York Hilton Hotel and occupied by the National BPW President Mrs. Sara Jane Cunningham.

A reception was held Sunday evening by the National Board for the young career women. Sunday night was the grand opening of BPW with the introduction of the national president, Mrs. Cunningham, who in turn introduced the presidents from each state. Cross was the Wednesday guest of the West Virginia delegation at the convention for lunch and a fashion show in the Americana Hotel. The separation of the Junior and Senior High Fellowship groups was one of the major changes during the year. The group participated in the state project of stamps to secure equipment for the State Baptist Camp. The groups feel that the future leadership of the Baptist Youth Fellowship will be improved through separation of the junior and senior groups.
