Delbert (Lessie) Plymale of Tupelo, 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Roy Adkiiis, Dewey Wilson, Henry Roles, Wesley Thompson, Manuel. Blanco and Robert WicMine. Funeral Planned For Businessman Everett D. Terry, 78, of 116 Locust died at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in a local hospital, where he had been listed in 'critical" condition since his admittance Monday night The manager of the Modern Furniture Co. Annex was, stricken Monday night in the company's main office on Neville Street. A resident of Beckley since 1926, Terry was a candidate for election to Beckley Qty Council in 1963.

A member and deacon of the First Christian Church, he was a former manager of the Better Business Bureau and secretary-treasurer of Neville Maytag Furniture Co. Born in Montgomery, Feb. 1, 1894, he was a son of the lata Fletcher D. and Medora Bennett Terry and a graduate of Montgomery High School. He was a member of the Beckley Elk's Lodge.

Terry is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Spangler Terry of Beckley; a son, Maj. E. D. Terry retired, of Northfork, a daughter, Mrs.

Margaret Perkins of Orange, five grandchildren, and two great- grandchildren. The body -is at Melton Mortuary where friends may call from 5 until 9 p.m. Saturday. Funeral services will be conducted in the Melton Mortuary Chapel at 3 p.m. Sunday with Dr.

W. H. Griswold and Rev. James Lowe officating. Pallbearers will be George Parker, Heathe Belte, Wayne M.

Beulah Stoots of Eecles, James Pierson of Shady Spring and Julia Bailey of MacArthur were charged with selling tax- paid liquor and possession of tax-paid liquor for resale.
