She is MULLENS Installation services were held Sunday afternoon by Mullens Rainbow Assembly No. 19 when Jo Nichols was installed as worthy advisor. Her colors were green and white; flower, daisy, and aim, to preserve the nature of the earth necessary for the survival of man. She is the daughter of Mr.

and Mrs. T. J. Nichols of Mullens. Daring her sophomore year in high school, she was a member of the Homemakers of America, Pep dub, attended the Honor Banquet and held the office of recorder in the Senior Girl Scout Troop 684, where she also is a program aide to a Brownie troop.

Other offices she has held in the assembly are historian, confidential observer, nature, service, drill leader, faith, charity and worthy associate advisor. Men Are Jailed FAYETTEVILLE (RNS) Placed in the Fayette County Jail at 11:06 p.m. Saturday on charges of drunken driving and improper registration a Harry Williams, 25, of Winona.

Williams was arrested in Lookout by Sheriffs Deputy Jack Smith. Olds OAK HILL (RNS) Funeral services for George Franklin Olds, 59, of Route 1, Oak Hill will be'at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Tyree Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev, Oscar Martin in charge. Burial will be in Smith Cemetery at Route 1, Oak Hill. He died Saturday evening at his home following an apparent heart attack.

Health Clinics Set OCEANA Two general health screening clinics are scheduled for Oceana this month, Dr. Ross Newman, chairman of the Wyoming County Health Council, has announced. The Southern West Virginia Regional Health i mobile clinic will be used on both days, June 8 and June 23.

The clinic will be stationed at the town hall from 10 p.m. The clinic is open to all persons and there are no charges for the services, which provides screening for a wide variety of illnesses including cancer, tuberculosis a diabetes. The clinics are under the direction of the maternal and child health project of the council, and are part of a nine- county comprehensive health care program conducted by the council in southern West Virginia.
