ALBUQUERQUE JOURNAL Tuesday, October 30, C-U Recreational 637. Vehicles Deaths and funerals. ALDERETE Lucy T. Alderete, 59, a resident of Lot Lunaa passed away Sunday in an Albuquerque hospital. She was a member of the Peralta Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband, Lorenzo of Los Lunaa; two daughters, Mary Helen Romaniuk and Veronica Gonzales, both of Rio Rancho seven sons, Ross of Estancia, Juan Lorenzo of California, Frank, Oscar and Danny Alderete, all of Los Dims, Patrick, of Belen and Eddy Chavez of Belen; one sister, Annie Moya of Peralta; two brothers, Trini and Rumaldo Torres, both of Albuquerque; also 14 grandchildren. Rosary was recited Monday at the Romero Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be held this morning at 10 a.m. at the San Clemente Catholic Church, Los Lunas. Burial will follow in the Valencia Catholic Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Dean Romaniuk, Paul Alderete, Freddy Chavez, Louie Moya, Nolbert Torres and Macky Torres. Honorary pallbearers: Junior Torres, Laido Chavez, Nick Alderete, Jeffrey Romaniuk, Leroy Chavez, Albert Lujan and George Ramus. Romero Funeral Home, Belen in charge of arrangements. Dixon and wife Alice, Santa Fe, granddaughters Louise Campbell Tolber and husband Dr. Steve Tolber, Corrales, Margaret Martin and husband Thomas, Anchorage, AK, grandsons William "Bill" Warbois and wife Sandy, Kermit, TX, Thomas "Tom" Dixon and wife Mary, La Ceinega, and John Dhon and wife Stella, Nome, AK, great-grandchildren Amy and Frank Camp-hell, Corrales, Luke and Kobin Warbois, Kermit, TX, Adam and Rachel Dixon, La Ceinega, Jessica Martin, Anchorage, AK, and Scott Dixon, brother Donald Fairly and wife Sylvia, Dallas, and a sister-in-law, Eula Mae Fairly, San Antonio, TX, formerly of Santa Fe, NM, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence "Dick" Greely G.

Dixon who died in 1962. She was born in Graham, TX and moved to Portales, NM in 1898 where her parents homesteaded. She came to Albuquerque in 1920 to obtain a BS degree at the University of NM in 1922. She was a state president and president of the Nora Mitchell McDowell chapter of C. president of Southern Dames, Old Glass Gub, member of Lew Wallace chapter of A active in Historical Society and Library and Civic Affairs in Corrales.

She was on the first committee of the United Way in Albuquerque and helped in obtaining land and raising the money the First Community Center in Albuquerque. She organized and was president of the Democratic Women's club of Sandoval County, and helped in obtaining the land and first building for the Girl Scout camp in the Jemez Mountains. She was active in many civic affairs in Albuquer of service arrangements. BAYLOR Funeral services for Vernal G. Baylor, will be held Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.

in the Palm Chapel of Strong-Thome, 1100 Coal E. with Rev. L.E. Hightower, officiating. Interment will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery, at 1:00 p.m.

BURTON Minnie M. Burton, a resident of Albuquerque since 1966, passed away in a local hospital Sunday. She is survived by her husband, William Howard Burton, Albuquerque; four nieces, Myra Dearme Falcon, Sunnymead, Brenda Carolyn Matthews, Buckley, Marilyn Juanice McDonough, Lakewood, CA. and Edna Earle Smathers, Quartz Hill, one sister-in-law, Edith Howard, Counce, TN. She was a member of Hoffmantown Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at the graveside Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Fairview Memorial Park, with Rev. Rick Donatio officiating. Strong Thome, 1100 Coal SE, in charge of arrangements. CHAVEZ-John A.

Chavez, 75, a resident of Albuquerque for 44 years, died Monday. He is survived by bis wife Mary, of the home, sons and their wives: Napoleon and Lena, of Albuquerque, Tony and (Caroline of Eugene, OR, Felix and Lynda, Roseville, CA, Eli and Edith, Diamond Bar, CA, and Pete and Dena, Corona, CA, REPORT. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 9 00 a.m. in St. Charles Catholic Church.

Interment will follow in the Santa Fe National Cemetery. The rosary will be recited Tuesday 7:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle NE. 1 MILLIGAN Michael Milligan, 37, resident of Red River, NM, passed away Thursday Oct. 25, 1984 in Red River.

He is survived by his wife Debbie; one daughter Misha Marie Milligan. Graveside services were conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery with the Pastor Darnel Martinez officiating. Alameda Mortuary, 9420 4th St. NW was in charge of arrangements.

MONTOYA Mr. Ross Montoya, 87, a resident of Albuquerque passed away Sunday. Mr. Montoya is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Billy (Virginia) Maes of Albuquerque two sisters, Lena Chavez of Del Norte.

Colo, and Mary Abel of Salt Lake City, Utah; also nine grandchildren; and 16 greatgrandchildren. He was a member of the Catholic Church. Rosary will be recited tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Garcia Mortuary Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday from the St.

FUCK-Cnssy May Flick, 96, a resident of Albuquerque since 1978, died Saturday. She is survived by a daughter, Dorothy F. Whitehall of Albuquerque; a son and daughter of Ohio; two brothers in Pennsylvania and Arizona; 7 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 18 great-great-grandchildren and 6 nieces and nephews. She resided at Camlu Retirement Residence and Four Seasons Nursing Center. Services will be held Saturday at in East Liverpool, Ohio.

French Mortuary, 1111 University NE. HELLER Richard Stephen Heller, a resident here 6 years, died Sunday in a local hospital following an illness. He is survived by his wife, Connie; a son Scott Heller of El Paso, TX; two daughters, Melinda Heller and Stefanie Heller, both of Albuquerque; his mother Mr. Rosita Heller of Albuquerque; a sister Magi Scoutan of Sacramento, CA. Marnnez is survived by three sons, Alfred Martinez and wife, Lillie, and Frank Martinez and wife, Yvonne of Albvuquer que, and Leo Botello and wife, Gloria of Bakers-field, six daughters, Mrs. Max (Carmen) Casaus, Patsy Marnnez, Mrs. Rogelio (Orly) Martinez, Mrs. Gabriel (Emily) Marquez, Mrs. Abraham (Isabel) Brito and Mrs.

Joe (Mercy) Aragon; also 48 grandchildren; 61 greatgrandchildren; and two great-greatgrandchildren. Mr. Martinez was a retired employee of the Santa Fe Trailways and was a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Rosary will be recited tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Garcia Mortuary Chapel.

William James McHugh, age 61 and a resident here, died Monday in a local hospital following an illness. He is survived by his wife, Rose Salazar McHugh; a son Terrence J. McHugh of Cosa Mesa, CA; a daughter Kathleen McHugh Hodge and husband Kevin of Las Vegas, a granddaughter Tera Brett Hodge of Las Vegas, two sisters, Margaret Brown of Hillman, Mich, and Rosemary O'Byrne of Lincoln, and three brothers, Franklin T. McHugh of Ocean Dry, N.J., John D. McHugh of Mount Prospect, 111., and Daniel McHugh of Louisville, Ky.

and wife Nancy, all of Albuquerque; a brother Clarence Seales and wife Ramona; sister Denme Mae Morris; sister-in-law Katie Seales; four nephews and five nieces. Mr. Seales retired from Federal A via Don Administration and was a member of the Methodist Church, Air Traffic Control Association, a veteran of WWII, and member of D.A.V. Cold, blustery weather prevailed across parts of the northern Rockies as another vigorous storm system swept across the northern states. Up to 20 inches of snow had fallen over parts of northwestern Montana since Sunday.

East Glacier, Mont, had 20 inches of snow on the ground 1 Monday morning, and it was still snowing at Libby, where 10 inches of snow had fallen since Sunday. For today, scattered thunderstorms were forecast over the lower Mississippi Valley and central Gulf Coast region, with rain showers over a large part of the Carolinas and mid-Atlantic Coast region. Widespread rain was forecast from southern New England through much of the Great Lakes and lower Missouri Valley region. Unseasonably warm weather prevailed once again over a large part of the Eastern Seaboard with more record high temperatures, while cold, snowy weather dominated the northern Rockies. Record highs for the date included 77 at Baltimore; 85 at Jacksonville, 78 at Providence, R.I., and 85 at Richmond, Va.

On Sunday, Baltimore had a record of 83. The warm weather was caused by persistent high pressure over the Atlantic that was drawing warm air up from the Carribean. Relief was on the way for parts of the East, however, as a cold front stretched from New England to south central Texas and was edging eastward.
