Silverman Dial CL 3-6352 LICENSED practical nurse desires SALE! ONLY $2. DOWN BUYS Mrs. Thompson Dies In Virginia RED SULPHUR, Feb. 3 (RNS) -Mrs. Mattie Thomson, 81, of Red Sulchur Springs died Tuesday morning in a Clifton Forge, nursing home after a four year illness.

Born near Red Sulphur in 1877. Mrs. Thompson was a of the late Joseph and Cornelia Ann Neel. She was a membewas Ballard Baptist Church married in. 1896 to Charles Thompson, who died in 1956.

Survivors include two daughters. Mrs. David Pence of Willow Bend and Mrs. Aubrey Ballard of Mul-1 lens: three sons, Albert of Red Sulphur, Hubert of Little Rock, and Richard of Peterstown; 12 grandchildren; and 10 children. The funeral 1 will be conducted at 2 p.m.

Thursday at the Red Sulphur Churce, by the Rev. Howard Spencer Cashmere the Rev. Chafin of Rich Creek. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be taken from Broyles Funeral Home at Peterstown to the residence of a son, Richard, at 2 p.m.

Wednesday and to the church one hour before the funeral. Pallbearers will be Carl Raines. Calvin Bennett, Roy Higginbottom, Frank Canterbury, Fin Broyles, and Charles Russell Ellison. Ladies of the Ballard Missionary Society will carry flowers. Emma Meadows Succumbs At 91 HINTON, Feb.

3 (RINS) Mrs. Emma Lowe Meadows. 91, died at 11:50 p.m. Monday at her home at. 105 Ballengee after a long illness.

Born in Monroe. County, Nov. 22, 1867, she was a daughter of the late Granville and Mary Catherine Vines Lowe. She spent most of her life in Summers County and formerly taught school. Mrs.

Meadows was a member The Central Baptist Church and the Jennie Jacobs Mission Circle. Her husband, William died in 1941, and a son, Ronald, died in 1955. Survivors include two sons, W. Granville of Hinton and 0. Clitford of Hunlinglon: three doughters, Mrs, John T.

Moore of Brookville, Beulah of Hinton, and Mrs, C. A. Newland of Baltimore, sister, Mrs. A. D.

Lilly Hinton; I grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Central Baptist Church by Dr. H. P.

Hackney. Burial will be in Greenbrier Burial Park near Hinton. The body is at the Ronald Mendows Funeral Porlors. Ettie Miller, 63, Dies In Hospital ZENITH, Feb. 3 (RNS) Mrs.

Ellie Frances Miller. 63, of Zenith died this morning in a Charlottesville. hospital after 1 brief illness. Born at Hans Creek, she was a -daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Eliza Ann Biggs Canterbury. Her husband.

George, died July 2, 1955. Survivors Include five brothers, Jasper of Red Sulphur Springs. Wilbur and Ernest, both of Bozo0, Addison of Indian Mills, and Frank Canterbury of Ballard; and two sistors. Mrs. Minnie Duckworth of Crab Orchard, and Mrs.
