Rites Incomplete For Earl Collins PRJNCETON (RNS) Earl James Collins 32, of Chicago, formerly of Princeton, died Tuesday morning at his home. Born May 12, 1929, in Princeton, he was a son of Earl and Nelcie Bailey Collins of Princeton, who survive.
