The damage action of Vivian Virginia Comer, administratrix of the estate of William Scott Helmandollar and George Helmandollar against Richard Bolen, Beulah V. Bolen, and Thurman Bolen, was settled March 23, 1961 a mistrial was declared when a juror applauded a witness giving testimony. Defendant is to pay plaintiff's attorney fee of $250. The court reserved the right to file a written opinion. Princeton Man Succumbs At 64 PRINCETON (RNS)-Abraham H. Luikous, 64, of 1412 North Walker St. died Monday evening in Memorial Hospital.

He was a veteran school teacher of Mercer County, having taught in the county schooj system for 35 years. He served as principal of Ceres, Knob Street and Thorn Street schools in Princeton and was teacher and principal of Wade School in Bluefield for 25 years. He had continued his school duties until May. A graduate of VPI, Marshall University, and Concord College, he received his STaster's Degree from Columbia University in New York City. Born in Montgomery County, Sept.

10, 1895, he was a son of the late Git and Jennie Gilmore Linkous. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. J. B. Akers of Russell, and one brother, Luck Linkous of Glenwood Park.

The funeral services win be conducted at 2 p.m. today in -the George W. Seaver Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Norman G. Crawford in charge.

Burial will be in Restlawn Park Cemetery. The body will remain at the funeral home.
