"A Time For Us" was the theme of the spring fashion preview presented by the Ukiah high school Commercial Club Wednesday night in the gaily decorated high school cafeteria. Highlight of the festive event was the grand finale featuring club officers Cheryl Richardson, president; Roberta Wold, vice president; Elaine Wright, secretary and Debbie Sandretto, treasurer wearing bridesmaids dresses and floor length bridal gowns.

An audience pf more than 50 people attended the sparkling display of spring and summer wearing apparel including fashions for casual, lounging, evening or formal occasions. i Models included Argie Petsakos, Vickie Brooks, Kim Saulsbury, Barbara Long, Yvonne Mathis, Maureen Hanlon, Cathy Rupe, Jackie Kibler, Vickie Ashford, Diana York, Debbie Gallini, Linda Spagnola, Debbie-Alfaro, and Joann Frassinello. Entertainment was provided by vocalist Edith Langley accompanied by Eddie Langley playing the piano. The commentator was Sue Strong. Fashions for the show were provided by several Ukiah dress shops including the Palace, Family Boutique, Esthers, Irenes and Aileens.

Other area businesses contributing to the show were Thatchers, Blossom Lane, Ukiah Paint and Pool supply, Calpella Candle Shoo, Mill Creek Nursery, North State Nursery, and Furniture, Ukiah Furniture and Footes Liquor Store.
